The path from the island leads from Kirigakure's gate and out forward, then after about half a mile somewhat starts to curve northwest, and up. Of course, since Kirikagure is an island, you can't just walk off of it. At the end of the path is a pier. That pier's ferry will take you to either the fire country, or the lightning country. After that, you will need to walk to either suna or Iwa if you wish.

The merchants weren't recieving much buisness, and Kay was just barely awake by the time his ears detected movement again for the first time in hours. As he awakened one thought entered his mind. Meditation. He rose from his camoflouged bedding near a tree and walked to the surface of the water. He sat down legs crossed and held his eyes closed.
The bubbles of the water made him consider what he really meant in the world. Just like the bubbles in the water, they were often there for a short time, and then taken out quickly. Most of them left behind ripples when they popped, Like Deidara or Itachi, but some just simply disappeared, as he had all that time ago.
