The Sewers
A place where the wastes of the city go to slowly fester underground. Sections of it are dry due to the barrier blocking off the pipelines and are used as large meeting places or makshift schools for the lowest classes of people. The government tends to ignore the area due to the vastness of the lowering labyrinth of the sewerlines.
