Neutral Territory is owned and operated by Litural DayStar. While he does make rounds during busier hours, mostly he allows his staff to handle customer flow. They do their jobs wonderfully; partly because they don't want to betray Lit's trust, partly because they don't want to make him angry.

The menu isn't huge, but it is filling. Portions are decently sized for their price, except desserts. The desserts are gigantic. Neutral Territory opens at 10AM and closes at 2:30AM. Breakfast is served all hours. The bar is open between 4PM and 2AM. Young children and teenagers under the age of 18 are forbidden from sitting at the bar during these hours unless their parent or guardian is present, and are never served alcohol.

Everyone is welcome here. Being rowdy is encouraged, being rude is not tolerated. The radio station varies depending on the day, a DJ is present to take requests on weekends. Yes, there is a disco ball. Don't be shy, just have fun.

Employees are paid slightly better than minimum wage plus tips. Only employees are allowed behind the bar and in the kitchen. ID is required to buy alcohol. Litural handles all problems and thieves personally.
