Hmmm... I think it needs some green at the head. Some examples: sacred leaf, laurels, green beret...
I think the white medical gloves would work nicely.
The doll ears seem out of place to me and good pink accessories are hard to find on gaia. >.< The flower you are holding might help. ^^
Some blue glasses would work nicely too, I believe. Scratch that, I forgot that it has blue hair. Depending on the amount of green or blue at the head, I think green or blue glasses can contrast nicely. ^^
Just some suggestions and my opinion. It's fine the way it is too. ;D All that matters is that you like it. ^^
