As the title says... please leave a post here if you are owed anything from this shop, so that we can take care of it. Since Noctua has been inactive for quite some time now and we honestly don't know if/when it will come back, we'd like to make sure that all the books are balanced (so to speak).

Here is a formal statment of the responsility we are claiming:
- All incomplete/ungrown pets with a gold value will be refunded
- Freebies/prizes/etc will remain as-is; no refunds will be tendered and pets will not grow*

If you have a Sentinel and you would like to get a custom based on that pet from another shop, you may use this post as our formal permission to do so. You may use the visual design and the character concept, but you may not use any elements specific to the world of Noctua. The world of Noctua and the NPCs/races/concepts/etc that make it up are the intellectual property of Jaeger Erdarastrix and Slander and may not be used without permission. NPCs and characters created by other players remain as their intellectual property.

* Unless/until the shop re-opens, at which point you may apply to have your pet grown.
