This rather large room contains a large cleared area and a number of cushions upon the ground for sitting, as well as a small table for tea nearby. Off to one side of the large room is a small desk, with numerous papers and files in organized piles upon it. On the opposite side of the room from the desk is a small door which is usually left locked. This door leads to the Captain's personal bedroom, which no one is allowed to enter without the specific permission of the Captain.
By the entrance of the office, there are a number of chairs for one to sit upon while awaiting the Captain.

Akusuna looked around the empty room, noting how dusty the floor and surfaces seemed. He was rather disappointed in the cleanliness of the building, but knew that the room had been vacated for quite some time. Once he got the feeling for how he wanted things, Akusuna stepped outside and signaled the movers to start bringing things in. He had the furniture spaced out and placed accordingly, then promptly dismissed the movers from his office. Now he just had to finish unpacking all of his paperwork, then he would investigate the barracks and rest of the Fifth Squad's buildings. With hope, he could also meet his vice-captain while he'd be out.

Akusuna walked back into his office and poured himself a fresh cup of tea. He sat down at his desk and pulled out some paperwork, looking over details and taking notes on what policies he wanted changed.

Kenji yawned slightly slightly bored as he walked down the hall towards the captains office wondering what this was all about. He was enjoying himself on a rooftop just taking in the clouds. His blade was sheathed and mounted on the right. He gently put his hand on it as he approached the door knocking on it twice before opening the door "You rang boss!" he said with a slight smile "I heard you were looking for me" He said as he walked up to his desk and bowed respectfully. Akusuna was one of the very few people he had or showed respect for developing a quick friendship likeness for his captain as the time went by.

Akusuna turned at the sound of the knocking, just in time to see his newest recruit enter.
"Ah, Kenji, wasn't it?" Akusuna spoke, standing as the young man approached. "Welcome to Fifth Squad. You are our newest Third Seat, yes?"

Kenji nodded "Yep, That is me. Thank you. Feels good to actually be recognized once in a while" He said sarcastically his palm gently on the hilt of his blade as he spoke "So, Is there anything you needed me for?"

Akusuna nodded, and continued. "I called you here to make sure you are fitting in and getting around easily enough. Someone should have shown you to your room already. If you haven't met Yasoa, your superior, then I suggest doing so when you next get a chance." Akusuna explained, keeping it official. "Otherwise, your orders are to remain on standby until you are called for, and maintain peace throughout the squad. If there are any problems, you are to bring it to my attention immediately."
Akusuna looked at the new third seat and visually appraised him. The man seemed like he should be capable, but only time would judge his actions. "You should do fine. For now, relax and learn your surroundings a bit. I hear there are some festival activities going on. It would do you well to attend."
(Just so you know, you can RP in the main RP thread and here at the same time. Anything that happens here will be considered to have happened some other time than the main RP. As long as they don't affect each other, you should be okay.)

Kenji nodded "Yea, Everything is fine for me. I am not the type to make problems for anyone unless I see something is very wrong" Kenji nodded again as he acknowledged his orders " Sounds easy enough boss. No, I have not met my superior Yasoa but I will make sure I speak to him when I bump into him later on" He bowed again as he walked out "Festival. Free food sounds great" he said with a chuckle "I guess I will see you there?" he asked before leaving the office. Kenji sighed softly as he closed the door behind him "I could use a drink" He said as he begin his walk towards the festival area.
