Unfortunately, while that may be true you need to take into the fact that soy is basically in almost everything anymore. Like corn, which is another thing that too much can cause health problems, but these days it's in almost everything. It can't be avoided, unless we go on organic diets and avoid anything processed ( which not many do ). Soybeans and corn are the most farmed crops.
There's more soybeans and corn being planted than anything else. That's because they're also the most cheapest to farm. Look at labels and look around you when you're travelling through the country side.
