I can help ya out with a Bidoof, Buizel, and a chingling. Although you can catch them yourself. Have the national dex and Radio. Play Sinnoh sound (which is available on Thursdays)
Bidoof route 30,31,32,34,35,42,43,44,45,47, ruins of alph
Buizel is everywhere in Johto and Kanto I got mine at mt. Silver
Chingling is inside MT. Silver, its basically in any cave.
