Izumi is a quiet self secluded individual. he is also an academic genius. He rarely speaks, even when spoken to, he will often only respond with a head nod, not often ever looking anyone in the eyes. Izume is the type of character you would expect to find lurking in some dark back alley way.
RPC Bio:
Yasoa is the son of one of the most criminally insane set of parents. He was born in a small hick town just outside of Seto Japan. His parents were part of a Cult known as "The Order" and this cult was religious according to twisted Catholic beliefs, which stated that the blood of an innocent would hold back the end of the world. Yasoa's friends, all young in age, had been killed, used as human sacrifices, and according to the five families that were founders of this religious cult, each family must sacrifice their eldest child lest they disturb the century old tradition and awaken their heathen god. Yasoa was chosen as this sacrifice. However, on the day of his supposed death, an accident claimed the lives of many of the members of the families, causing the line to be broken, and their heathen god to become angered. It ravished and devoured the families, taking them into an alternate world, a hell of their own making. Yasoa had escaped his pointless fate. However, he mysteriously vanished, and one day ended up in Seireitei, his cause of death was never discovered. He was adopted by a noble family, he is sibling to Manami Zen, but not by blood line.

Ability One: Juusanso じゅうさんそ Heavy Oxygen
Yasoa's staff gives off an extremely heavy pressure for a millisecond, so quick that it's hardly felt. The air surrounding Yasoa and his opponent becomes extremely dense and breathing becomes laborious, however, this technique does not have an affect on Yasoa.
Ability Two: Asshukusanso あっしゅくさんそ Compressed Oxygen
A large amount of air surrounds the end of Yasoa's staff. He taps it lightly to the ground, releasing several bands of air in a destructive manner at multiple objects of his choice.
Ability Three: Uindoshia ういんどしあ Wind Shear
An exact replica of Yasoa's staff is created and is held in his left hand, his original held in his right. Each staff transforms into a cluster of small orbs of air, swirling around, a white mist about them. They begin to amass a powerful energy, creating wind torrents. The grow long and spindly and hurl towards an indicated target, travelling along the ground, eating away the earth before getting to the target and exploding in a devastating amount of small sharp half moon shape slices.

Bankai Release State Release Abilities:
An extremely secured wind barrier, protection is incredibly touch, however, not near perfect. The small blue jewels that appear in his Ban-Kai act as eyes which send Yasoa an automatic signal if something is approaching from a direction that he is not facing.

Bankai Abilities
Ability One: Asagao あさがお Funnel
The four medium size blue jewels come together and form a square. They begin to glow and the jewels mend together. A powerful pulsating strength. After a few moments, they release a powerful wind storm, that is able to knock targets down quite easily and tare up ground and destroy buildings.
Ability Two: Kanpoushageki かんぽうしゃげき Bombardment
The eight large jewels descend into the air, spinning around Yasoa in a circle. They glow bright blue and rapidly fire off shots of air, creating massive mid-size explosions. On average, they can shoot approx. 80 rounds within 60 seconds.
Ability Three: Uchiyaburu うちやぶる Crush
All 16 jewels glow with a black reiatsu. After 10 seconds the air atmosphere becomes heavy. After 30 seconds, it becomes hard to hold heavy objects while standing, such as weapons. After 1 minuet, it becomes difficult to stand, and difficult to execute basic abilities such as Shunpo. After 2 minuets standing and breathing is so strenuous that often weaker opponents will fall to their knees gasping for air. After 3 Minuets, buildings will begin to collapse under the immense atmospheric pressure, while living targets, depending on rank and power, will either be unable to move or suffocate under the strain.
Ability Four: Kuzuresaru くずれさる Crumble Away
This ability is used more for an evasiveness strategy, however, it still pacts a punch. Two of the large jewel and one medium and small combine together completely to create an extremely large jewel, something that could be seen from the air but most anyone within a few hundred yards of Yasoa. The jewel glows bright and then explodes in a hurricane. The wind powerful is very powerful and is quite capable of destroying anything in it's path, non-living. Its force is strong enough to blow living targets far away, but not necessarily deadly.
