OK, time for a side arch RP again from Kage!!!
Story:
A new soul reaper as just graduated from the academy. Her zanpakuto powers are to can the minds of the weapon and the wielders. She is new and has her sword out, practicing in the halls, when she is stopped by several people she accidently slashes the people the see her, and they switch minds.
Rules:
If you are a vizard, you switch with the hollow.
If you are a multi-wielder all the minds go body, and you control all of the Zanpakuto bodies.
Anyone one can post in it, but only certain people can switch.
Espada can post and fight with us.
Only 4 Captains can swicth, not including myself. The other 5 must be lower ranks.

Just came up with this this morning, so it needs a name...

but if this RP gets approved the girls zanpakuto name should be "Kokoro no suwappu"

Unorignality, this has it.
This sounds like an almost exact replica of your previous role play (which failed horribly), the only difference being switching with different entitys. My vote on this is no.
However, I love naming.... Dakota's Suggestions are as follows...

This sounds like an almost exact replica of your previous role play (which failed horribly), the only difference being switching with different entitys. My vote on this is no.
However, I love naming.... Dakota's Suggestions are as follows...

This one, is only going to be like 200-300 posts long. As i said, it is a side arch. Still, I would vote no unless it's an isolated RP with a few people such as you and Yoko's RP. Nothing really massive since it'll lose it's interest fast with no changing plot or continuously interesting plot.

To be honest, I have to agree with Dakota on this. This idea sounds as if, and I have to go out and say to be honest, and you all know I speak out for honesty on all things.
This role play, as stated by dakota, looks to be like "Nightmare We all Live in." but shortened, and hopefully made better as Kage stated.
To be honest, repeat of role plays, and an attempt to better them doesn't work as well planned, reason for it is because of people remembering how boring the first one was. With that in their mind, they go in, feeling ready to become bored once again. Setting up for a sooner death of the role play.
Now, if we had a different system set up, but with a similar plot, such as if we did, and I am only spit balling at this, so don't take this idea to an extreme.
As we all know from the series, the mod souls that are trapped in the dolls of Bleach, when in a correct body can have great powers, and be very tricky as well when in combat. When in their dolled bodies, they are somewhat more of a laughable sort.
In this case, an idea that would switch the shinigami with the dolls, leaving them powerless, and having the doll's mod souls inside the bodies of the selected warriors would not only give the mod souls even more power than they already had from the beginning, but it would leave those who were the dolls in some random location for a short time, looking cute, cuddly, and vicious at the same time. They would have to work their way back to who ever switched them, find some other shinigami, or Arrancar who have also been screwed over by this, chase down their bodies, beat their bodies to hell, and hopefully have the girl switch it back to normal.
Of course the idea would have to be worked on, and all that jazz.
The idea is similar to that of your's kage, but doesn't hold the exact same thing you are repeating, but with only a slight twist in time, and a slight twist in how operations work.

Well i have to agree with the previous two to some extent. It's very similar to the "Nightmare We Live In" rp, however what I believe made it less enjoyable was the fact that you depended on someone else to continue your story and retrieve your body. The person I switched with wasn't active in the rp at all so I was just wandering around doing nothing. However in this, you control both sides and can creatively reveal a bit more of the Zanpakuto spirit's personality and behaviors. Its entertaining but at the same time it does seem like it was done before... As for Redd's Mod-soul plot. Meh... You'll have to make a story that involves them, plus I don't see an army of plush teddy bears overtaking even one Mod-soul who has taken over a shinigami's body, especially if they have mastered using it, especially if it was of Captain's level.
Either way, my vote is neutral. XP Go into more detail or change it up a little before I officially decide.

Well I did say I was just spit balling, I was just throwing things together for that idea, it wasn't something completely put together. It was just a way of showing different ways to throw around a similar, but at the same time different idea.
I personally believe we should just create a completely different side arch just in total.

Oh no I understand completely, actually thinking of a way to incorporate both of your ideas with a little more of a twist of my own. Say the girl is practicing with her sword, and it suddenly causes those around her to turn into small teddy bears, or just shrink them all together, which also causes their reiatsu and power to drastically decrease as well. With much of the Seireitei not at full strength, a great enemy shows up and tries to eliminate Seireitei together. We try fighting back in our Chibi forms and get our asses whooped. {Giant Climax Hole} and then we successfully fend them off and save the seireitei.

Say the girl is practicing with her sword, and it suddenly causes those around her to turn into small teddy bears, or just shrink them all together, which also causes their reiatsu and power to drastically decrease as well. With much of the Seireitei not at full strength, a great enemy shows up and tries to eliminate Seireitei together. We try fighting back in our Chibi forms and get our asses whooped. {Giant Climax Hole} and then we successfully fend them off and save the seireitei.
