This could be done slowly or within a few days as simple but meaningful sketches. Whatever defines you and the theme is suitable! See the website linked above for more details.
Although anime/manga-styled art is requested, the idea of conforming to 100 themes while at the same time interpreting them creatively can be applied to any medium. I'd love to try with photography or more realistic art, myself, and a friend has begun her list with the aid of her camera. It's up to you! As there are no winners to this and no date to finish by, this serves as nothing but a personal challenge.
