Making his way towards the stairs the man let out a yawn and stretched towards the ceiling. Letting out his deep breath he began to ascend the staircase into the housing portion of his shop. Amerald, the man creating these creatures, was just waking up from a nice long nights sleep. He was still rather tired, for he had kept the shop opened late that evening. It had been a while since his last encounter with anyone fulfilling. Anyone that he wanted to give a purpose. His shop was beginning to fill with dust and that saddened him.

As he reached the top stair, he opened the large wooden door and came out into the hallway. He was definitely ready to take this day head on. Something inside of him told him that today was going to be an eventful day. Though, he generally tried to tell himself that every morning he awoke. He went straight towards the kitchen when he awoke, grabbing a quick bite to eat. As he was gobbling down the remains of his food, he noticed the dark figure flutter down the stairs. It was his darling Anna. "Why good morning sweetheart. How are you feeling this morning? Still a bit under the weather? I know the change to a colder climate has you a bit chilled." he said, a look of care and love wiped over his facial features.

She nodded and smiled warmly. "I must say that I do feel much better than I did a week ago. Thank you for asking father. Your care is appreciated." she said, walking passed her father to softly sit upon the couch. "What is in store for you today, father? Anything planned?" she asked, curiously.

Amerald nodded a bit, taking his finished plate to the sink. "I do wish I had something planned. But just another day in the shop, hoping to find something to do with my life once again." he said, smiling. The girl nodded and grabbed a book that was beside the couch she was sitting, she then began to read.

The older man smiled warmly at his daughter. This was the early riser and the mature, loving, realistic daughter while his other more optimistic and imaginary, as well as more immature was probably still sleeping upstairs. He finally got the nerve to move from his stationed position in front of the sink and towards the front door to his shop. It was going to be another long day, but hopefully something would come out of it, right?

Indeed, something, more than likely, would come out of it, for as the day had been quite uneventful from the moment he woke in the morning, a certain young man found himself in a state of boredom. Ricardo Cristian Flores was his name, and Dancing was his game. The young man had a passion for the art, and found himself able to attain an occupation entertaining upon the stage, though he really didn't need it, the extra cash, and enjoying what one did was always a good thing, or so he found to be true. Looking in a mirror, he ran a hand through tri-toned hair, the almost solid black streaked with bits of blond, and a strange blue-violet color.

Pools of golden brown studied his own appearance, a lean, wiry build clad in a bell-sleeved, off the shoulder top, of dark indigo and gold, with the neck turning down as a 'v', to the midst of his chest, whilst the bottom still left his stomach bared. Skirt was simple, unlike the top, a soft black and gold, and left to flutter freely, the hem flaring around golden sandals, and he enjoyed the overall effect. The young bar owner was delighted that the ensemble seemed to be….well, flattering to his dancer's form, and whilst he lingered over the mirror, he noticed that putting it together hadn't taken near long enough.

So, Rico's first inkling was to go wandering the town. Humming to himself through full lips, he toyed with a mirror plate earring, wooden bead necklaces hanging about his neck clicking together as he walked. Such a boring thing, really, just waiting for something to happen. Why not get out there and make something happen yourself? Hence his current intent. It was in this moment of searching intent that he found himself gazing at a rather…interesting little shop. Those pretty, long lashed eyes gazed for a long while ,as the young man contemplated what action he chose to take. Finally he smiled and walked into the door, hips swaying slightly, in a more effeminate fashion than one might think, "This place is…interesting, I must say." Eyes turning to the man who he assumed owned it, he smiled, face alight.

"Hello there." He murmured softly, tucking a single strand of indigo hair behind his ear, long fingers brushing over his golden tanned cheek, "I'm Rico. Rico Flores." Forwards, he was, and almost always quite friendly, if not a bit of a flirt. His eyes turned from Amerald to study over the surroundings, curiously. Such an interesting place indeed...

((Hope this is alright ^^; I wasn't too sure how to get this flamboyant boy to make his entrance XD; ))

Amerald was a little surprised by the man in front of him; he had never really met… Someone so colourful. Though as if snapping out of a daze, he stuck his hand out to shake the man’s hand as he introduced himself. “I’m Amerald Laraan, but you can call me Amerald. Are you here to buy anything? Please take a look; I’m sure you’ll find something of interest to you.” Now this Rico was interesting in himself, and that got Amerald wondering how a Hraapea with his DNA would act or even look! His eyes narrowed slightly in concentration, he had no idea how he could would be able to get a DNA sample from him, but he would. Suddenly feeling like he should at least say something to break the silence, he turned towards the shop. “Are you looking for anything specific?” Maybe he could make the guy sneeze and get some DNA from that, though how he would explain that he had ‘accidently’ thrown pepper into his face was going to be a little awkward. Or maybe he could pretend to break something made of glass and ask him to help him pick it up in the hopes that he would cut himself, though Amerald wasn’t very fond of breaking anything.

(( I apologize for the shortness. Little out of the loop with RP's that have been started by someone else then myself. ))

Smiling widely, he canted his head to the side, shaking Amerald's hand gently. His grip was as dainty as his figure, that of a dancer as much as the rest of him. Moving on the balls of his feet, he let his elegant moves carry him around the store, tips of the fingers brushing each item in turn. He could sense the man staring, but had grown used to this, since he was indeed a spectacle to behold. Smiling a bit, he stopped finally by a shelf, then looked over to the man who'd spoken once again, "Not quite, no. This shop seemed so interesting....I couldn't help myself." He kept spinning a piece of hair in his finger, carefully. It really was fascinating, all these items and other things....It was a quaint little place to be, and he rather found himself LIKING it here.
