Unohana has a gentle and warm personality that augments her appearance. Unohana is a soft-spoken, polite, and caring woman who uses honorifics when addressing everyone, including her subordinates and the enemy. She rarely shows any signs of panic or distress, and has a great sense of duty. With her grace and kind manners, she lets others know quietly that while she may be soft, she is not to be taken lightly. Despite her gentle nature, several members of other divisions fear her. Unohana likes strong flavored food, preferring it to bland tasting dishes. In her free time, she climbs mountains throughout Rukongai, during these excursions, she collects medicinal herbs. She often wears a large white over coat as a comfort. The coat has small purple lobelia flowers embroidered on the bottom.
RPC Bio:
Unohana was born September the 12th, 1590, in a small farming village east of Kyoto. Unohana grew up as a very happy child. Her father and mother were both very successful farmers and accumulated much respect from locals. On December 12th 1630, when Unohana was 40, she got word that her father had been trapped in a snow storm, and though he made an effort to escape, he was unsuccessful and passed away. Unohana's family was struck deeply by the loss, but soon spring had come around, her fathers favorite time of year, so, to celebrate his memory, their farm held a large flower festival, a large memoriam was built on their property, Unohana missed him dearly, though her father was the type to always bring joy, so she remembered him by doing such. Unohana had never settled down with a family, however, she had moved off her families farm and lived only a few miles down.
Unohana had made a very successful doctor of herself, respected and was one of the most reclaimed in all Japan. However, during a similar storm, on December 9th, Unohana found her home not to be up to the task of withholding from the powerful wind, she was snowed in and died of hypothermia. Unohana was sent to the Seireitei, a grand place. Unohana worked as a medical technician for the better part of 90 years in the noble house of Misawa, however, she did not adopted their noble name, even though she was offered. Unohana, was at a much later time, offered a job, or position, among the highly trained expert medics of the Gotei Elite. Unohana refused the offer at first, however, as the noble house urged her to go on, to heighten her horizons, she eventually did accept the offer, joining squad four was soon to follow.
Unohana was very excited about the chance to work among the most trained medics. She, however, practiced night and day, trying to become the best she could, eventually she was offered a real ranked position among squad four, as of now she was merely in a low unranked squad position, so this was great news for her. She accepted the offer and was ranked as the 14th seat of squad four, she hoped to climb the latter, for as she did, she would be able to offer and provide more and more medical assistance to those whom were injured.

Zanpakutou
Zanpakutou Appearance:
In sealed form, Minazuki is slightly longer than an ordinary katana, and resembles a nodachi The tsuba has an oval shape and the handle is red. Instead of tying it to her obi, Unohana carries her Zanpakutō over her shoulder by a rope strap.
Zanpakutou Personality:
Minazuki is a wild slightly obnoxious character. He is very stubborn at times, but he never seriously disobeys Unohana. His favorite thing to do when out of his Zanpakutou is to eat wild berries and sleep among daisies, if there is a field large enough, because of his massive size it's hard.

Shikai Release State Picture Or Description:
When released in Shikai form, Minazuki will start to morph, turning into a green like gas substance before taking a solid shape of a giant, green, one eyed Manta Ray like creature with the capability to fly. Minazuki can act as transportation and will change back into the green gas substance before returning to its sword form when its duty has been fulfilled.
Shikai Release State Release Abilities:
Minazuki can instantly release a gas from its mouth which heals any and all minor wounds. It is large enough to transport many people on its back (at least a dozen, based on its size when compared to those riding it). It seems to act on verbal orders and when landing it has the ability to somehow create a pair of bird like legs. Minazuki's main aspect is its ability to heal. When the wounded are placed within Minazuki's mouth, they are swallowed and stored inside it's stomach. Minazuki's stomach acids are strong healing medicines and ointments which gradually soak over the wounded, curing their injuries. Currently it has shown to be able to carry at least five people within it's stomach. When Unohana gives the word, Minazuki will regurgitate the people back out of its mouth.

Shikai Abilities
Ability One:
Nadameru (なだめる' To soothe') Minazuki will consume the injured and keep them in his stomach until all serious wounds are healed. His stomach acid acts as a very strong medicine, it can even cure minor sicknesses, colds, flus et cetera.
Ability Two:
Shuuzen (しゅうぜん' Mending') Minazuki releases a blue gas from his mouth, it surrounds the target in a small bubble, instantly healing injuries and mending reiatsu. This ability also gives back a small amount of energy to the target.
Ability Three:
Ouen (おうえん' Aid') Minazuki begins to heave and squirm around before regurgitation a large amount of bile onto the target. This bile, however, contains amazing remedies and different elixirs that Unohana herself always changes around during different situations. This bile heals burns, instantly
cauterizes wounds to mitigate damage. It can also heal frost bite, or any other such injuries.
Ability Four:
Kyou (きょう' Save') Minazuki releases a beam of green light from his eye onto a target that is nearing death faster and faster, this light completely stops the targets body functions and replaces them with temporary part given to them by Minazuki. As the body is using these parts, the targets true inner organs/tissues are at that moment being healed extremely slowly. This gives Unohana enough time to get the target to the proper location for proper medical treatment.

Minazuki In Bankai
On release, Unohana is surrounded by a strong green spiritual pressure, which consumes herself and Minazuki. He turns into a solid wall of green which anyone outside cannot see into. The wall begins to crack and soon it shatters, revealing Minazuki (See above) and Unohana. Unohana now bares black eyes, completely consumed, her mouth has grown wide and her teeth, now multiplied to double the original amount, are tiny and jagged sharp. Her hands are longer and skinny, her fingers especially, her nails long and pitch black. Her hair is now no longer in a braid, it is flapping around wildly. Her overall outfit hasn't changed at all. Minazuki still retains his large size even though his body shape is extremely different.
Bankai Release State Release Abilities:
Minazuki instantly releases a constant gas that drains targets of reiatsu and health. Minazuki does not attack anyone unless indicated by Unohana.

Bankai Abilities
Ability One:
Akushou (きょう' Virulent Disease') Unohana places four of her fingers together, a malicious gas forms around her hands, she releases her fingers, as she does, Minazuki steps to her side, he breathes in the gas, then releases it in a heavy storm that is sent at the target. As Minazuki inhales the gas, it magnifies its destructive powers ten fold. It causes the object that inhales to have serious health problems, failed organs, heart attacks, muscle destructing, tissue deterioration and aging.
Ability Two:
Kutsuu (くつう' Agony') Unohana's skin on her right arm sends out a very disgusting looking swarm of small parasites. They are almost microscopic, and hard to see in dark regions, however, if light hits them they are very easily spotted. The bugs crawl onto the target and burrow into their skin, creating body aches at first, continued with unbelievable pain and suffering.
