Those squishy, disgusting and sometimes completely miserable after effects of making choices, and dealing with stuff.
Do you have a favorite? Coping mechanisms? Do you conceal them or are you open? Do you ever get that feeling that nobody feels that way about things?

Orrr surpress it entirely and ignore it through the power of video games. But that is not healthy.

Oh. I call that having to take a dump. I push while sitting on a toilet and it goes away.

I just deal with 'em. If s**t goes down, I deal with it in that moment, or as soon as possible; helps me get over it more quickly. Something shitty/depressing happens? That's a part of life: oh well. I guess you could call it the slap-in-your-face technique. 'Don't like how you feel? Then change that, ******** have more emotional stability in that sense.
You would know this, though, Cait. <3

I have a pretty bad habit of concealing my feelings and then falling apart later.
It's just what I'm good at I suppose.

I've always been really closed off with my more depressive emotions in public (i.e. around friends, family). I remember a few years back, someone said I was cold hearted because I never really expressed much emotion.
I've been trying harder to be more open with my friends now though. For example, they KNOW when I'm stressed. They KNOW when I'm a bit upset. They KNOW when I'm tired (tbh anyone would know given my newly found propensity at just falling asleep wherever I am...). I kinda hope it's enough though, I still feel a bit too stoic sometimes, a bit too distant. I think the reason I've never felt particularly close to anyone in the past is because I was closed off with them. I'm trying to change that.
I'm not quite at the stage when I can go crying on someone's shoulder yet...but it's close. That kind of full out break down...I still keep private. No one needs to see me at my worst. I've learnt to deal with my emotions by myself, in my own time, and I think for me, that's the best way to do it.
