Hansel ↱◉ Race: Nephilim /◉ Class: Knight/ ◉ Specialize: Templar/ ◉ Rank: Novice/◉ Str/Spd: 13/6 ◉ Energy: 550/ __________________________________________________________________ This man with the gun came to both Astrid and Hansel" What's the job?." He took a sip of his wine after questioning what the job this man offerred. "And please, share as much as you know. People often excclude the small details." Hansel added. Most of the time, people who need help always leave off important information that is needed for a mission. ____________________________________________________________________________

This new stranger was very interesting indeed but she did not get the whole gun thing. Guns seemed too....Limited as to hw many times one could use it and the amount of damage is usually fixed. Whereas a sword could produce alot more power and be used as many times as the wielder wanted. As he walked over to Astrid the next thing she noticed were his piercing golden eyes. She had a thing for silver eyes but his were quite a sight to behold. The guy looked quite dreamy, that was until her eyes fell on the armband he was wearing and all those feeling somewhat slipped. "Oh dear gods, here we go" she thought to herself. Now her people were followers of the god Raphael but she never really got into it. She was one of the few that thought he was a bit over rated and those "marks" were over glorified special abilities. Not gifts as her people used to call them. She did not let on that she was disappointed by this new revelation. If he was a nice enough guy and not spouting about his beliefs constantly then Astrid would have no quarrels with him. He then spoke about a job and that's when the penny dropped. "So you are the guy! Took ya long enough," she chuckled as she grabbed the next drinking horn and chugged half the contents. "Well I would like to accept the job but I would like to hear the details aswell," she spoke just after Hansel spoke up. "I am also wondering what the rewards are if you would not mind disclosing that information. The scroll was very vague," she said before finishing the rest of the Ale in one go.
Devrin looked to the Nephilim, he had no issue figuring out what his specialization was. The man radiated a holy aura even beyond his races normal presence. Turning his attention back to the Warden woman before him. She bore no weapons but he felt she didn't need one, call it a warriors intuition.
They both asked him for mission details to which he nodded and said "short and sweet version is to restore order" but of course they were wanting more than that so he continued "more detailed version is, ever since the plague came out of nowhere nations have weakened, many have taken advantage of this or have flourished in the absence of authority" he took a breath to let them have time to process the info.
"There are various things we must take care of" when they asked about a reward he sighed "well some are bandits and such so they would have a hoard built up, so there you go" he said to that.

So, help you take control of the land that was lost, lower and decease this plague that scowers the the land, florish authority and dethrown chaos that spreads...Oh and some others that are unknown beyond even to your knowledge. " He takes in all the red wine in his glass. "I accept your request." He stood up ready to take his leave with his new ally and employer. ____________________________________________________________________________
Astrid leaned back in her chair as Dervin explained the job to him. This seemed more than what she was originally signed up for. "This sounds like this job would take years. I am just a simple traveller, not a shining knight in shining armour sent to save an entire nation like Hansel here," she spoke up pointing at hansel and making many hand gestures. But then Astrid began to think about what Dervin had said. He said that their would be bandit camps with hoards of treasure. This was true and a common fact but not many fighters touched them because there was either a more serious target they had to worry about or they were not strong enough. Astrid fel under the latter but with Hansel and this guy she had a higher chance of getting some good raids. Plus she would be able to train up against other fighters in real life and death situations. She would become strong with the amount of potential experience this "mission" was offering. "Look I will accept but the moment this becomes too religious or political I am out. Got it?" she asked in a serious tone as she slowly stood up.
As the woman finished speaking glass under great strain could be heard cracking. Hansel would feel great hostility and menace permeate the room. Too political? Too ******** political? This was his ******** kingdom and this b***h had the nerve to complain about possible politics?Something in him wanted to grab her by the throat and break her. Releasing the glass in his hand Devrin closed his eyes and took a deep breathe.
Even though he no longer hosted Wrath, his influence still lingers. Devrin calmed down and everything returned back to normal. Devrin dug into his pocket and produced a few coins, placing them on the counter he stood. Looking to the two of them "you can called me D and I suggest dressing warm also be prepared to travel" he said heading for the door but not exiting.
Hansel ↱◉ Race: Nephilim /◉ Class: Knight/ ◉ Specialize: Templar/ ◉ Rank: Novice/◉ Str/Spd: 13/6 ◉ Energy: 550/ __________________________________________________________________ Under normal civilans they can't 'feel' what's going on with another person's presence. Just for a few seconds, Hansel felt some killing intent from Devrin; Astrid must have hit a nerve to him, even if it was unintentional. Devrin calmed down and didn't react to Astrid's comment and gave some gold coin for supplies and to wear something warm. Which means that the group will be traveling to a cold climate on thier voyage.
Devrin walked to the entrance waiting for them. "Give us a crate of food and drinks, my good Sir", the bartender nodded accepting Hans' request; filling up the crates with a few alcoholic beverages and some good food that will not spoil to the cold, 'Thank you and good day, Sir.' He walked to the exit carrying a crate of supplies with one arm and stopped midway to get a fur coat from one of the unconscious thugs. "Ready Devrin, so where to?" he was on his left and whispered a little but only for him to hear, "Relax would you, she is most likely drunk."
Astrid jumped as Dervin's glass shattered, she stood back to avoid the broken glass. Confused as to why it did that, she stared for a moment at Dervin's hand. "Is he angry? Or just too strong to realise he was holding it too tightly?" she thought to himself. She shrugged off the the incident and focused back on the man. She tilted her head ever so slightly after he introduced himself. "D? Fair enough my friend!" she said cheerfully as she nodded in agreement. She watched Hansel walk to the bar man, ask for a crate of food and walk off without paying. Astrid sighed and walked over to the angry barman who was cose to confronting the man. She dropped a large pouch of gold and smiled at him. "Sorry, he can be quite forgetful. This should cover every drink and any other damage." she said before strolling off to catch up to the others. "Wait up comrades! before we leave I am getting my arcane focus!" she yelled before she caught up to them. She also noticed hansel whisper something to D but she thought nothing off it. She walked past them through the door and out of the pub. "This should be fun! I hope I get to really stretch my legs on this mission and cause some real damage!" she said as her body began to float off the ground as she activated her flight ability. *exit*
Only giving the Nephilheim a sideways glance Devrin laid his hand on the door to push it open looking at the blizzard that had moved in covering the town in a blanket of white. In the distance the howl of a wolf fill the air. "Seems the first job is already upon us" he thought to himself and pushed the boor open and stepped outside. -exit-

As we were near the entrance a powerful howl was heard throughout the town. He knew that Devrin and himself were think that they were going to hunt a big dog.
