Kitsilano Beach

Kitsilano beach. Sandy coastline weaves from one beach into another following the Stanley Park Seawall and bike trails, but most noticably Kitsilano beach is the best of all of them. Nestled next to the Yuppie town of -you guessed it, Kitsilano- this beach sport all kinds of people all year around. Though few go swimming in the fridgid Ocean water even during summer, beach volleyball is popular, as is sailing, firepoi, and relaxing against a log by the beach.
