You all know these two awesome Villians, But whos better, Im on the Counts side and ill tell you why
Remember at the very start when the chaos heart isnt born, Count Bleck can already use magic,
How do i know he doesnt have the chaos heart yet, Bowser says hey who are you, and then at the wedding Bowser knows his name. So as you can see count bleck was also invincible which is saying that Count bleck doesnt need the chaos heart for all his magic. Just to open the Void.

Plus he doesn't need to possess a maiden to exist outside of a box. confused

Count Bleck isn't really evil, he's just depressed after a bad break up. xp The Shadow Queen is an evil being hellbent on terrorizing the world. Sure the Count was gonna destroy all worlds, but he essentially is the HERO of Super Paper Mario, despite everything Mario and the others did, the Worlds were still going to be sucked in by the Void if it wasn't for Count Bleck.

Sure the Count was gonna destroy all worlds, but he essentially is the HERO of Super Paper Mario, despite everything Mario and the others did, the Worlds were still going to be sucked in by the Void if it wasn't for Count Bleck. ...I guess. Then again, he asked who would win, not who was most evil. If it were a most evil contest, Shadow Queen wins hands-down. But Count Bleck was harder to defeat, at least for me. But I suck at most non-turn based attack systems, even though I think they're more fun.

I would have to go with the Shadow Queen. She is capable of destroying cities and many other things without any help.

Count Bleck was easier to kill than the queen. In a contest of evil though, the queen would have to win. Count Bleck was actually a nice fellow.
