If you don't subject yourself to governmental oversight then there's no one to ensure your rights aren't wrenched from you by some a*****e with a bigger stick.

The idea of sovereign citizenship is flawed based upon that. It's like saying that anarchy is a good system of government because you can govern yourself. You can govern yourself, but you can't keep the guy down the street from getting a gang together and looting your s**t. This is why we have federal and state government in the first place.

What limits are unconstitutionally placed? If the limits are unconstitutional then they don't apply in the first place.

I think the reason being sovereign has gained popularity recently is because supposedly "they" can not force you to take vaccines or go to their FEMA camps if you are not a united states citizen. You'll have no "number" in the system, so very few of "their" rules will apply to you. Also, many sovereign websites and videos explain that "we the people" of the constitution, actually only applies to sovereigns, and not united states citizens. i remember hearing something like citizenship was first created for the released slaves and gradually in the great depression, spread to everyone else, i think starting with newborns.
there are some huge problems you have to work around if you want to live a sovereign life style though. you can not work a normal job, you will always have to work under the table or freelance. also, you are still allowed to drive non-commercial vehicles but you wont be able to get a license plate, registration or a drivers license. So when the cops pull you over you will have a very hard time convincing them that you are legal. You will most likely be detained and have your vehicle towed and then everything will be sorted out once in jail, but you'll probably still have to pay the impound fee.
there are other problems but I'll leave it at that. basically, if you want to be sovereign, you need to live a self sufficient lifestyle that doesn't rely on the system.

So what's to stop "them" from just kicking your sovereign self out of their country? You aren't a citizen so why are you there?

See where I'm going with this?

well i do get your point. they didn't remove natives from the country, but they did relocate them from their land. sovereign people usually belong to the "state" they live in though (they do get IDs and even passports), so i still think that currently the government would have a hard time doing as they please with sovereigns. that doesn't mean they can't make some new laws to do otherwise though.

They can do whatever they want with you because you're in their country. You can claim to be sovereign all you want but you still have to play by their rules.

but you see its one of those loopholes they have to make so there immune to there traps. the problem getting this is thqat a normal law praticer will not fight it for you

for me the key of it would to make people see our lack of freedom, this one move shows how many wrong restrictions are on you, everone has at least one that annoys them. so what it does is motivate people on there own will 4 there own gain, and if they move agiasntt them thell resist. 4 themselfs

What else does it do? Lay it all out for us.

And I like to think that we're just being realistic.
