Okay in order so.
1.) Sounds fair.
2.) No but you might have mates with you. So say your mate decided to haul you off. What then?
3.) That sounds fair for balancing.
4.) That sounds pretty good.
And while in the Manga that is the case I do have to say again this is an RP guild. We don't use the Chiyudo from the Manga because they're too powerful if I'm thinking right.
But you're right. I'll wait until the device is actually released and all the specifications are given. Just the way you described it initially. Well I hope you're able to see why it might give me cause to worry.

We don't use the chiyudo from the WIKI because it is from a GAME and therefore not fully understood.
IF someone does manage to cart you off, the rest of my points still stand.
This will be fully fleshed out in due time, and crew approved prior to creation. So please just trust that it will be properly limited, and that I will be damned if I see it overused.

I have an idea for the RDT machine.
Kay, so you want it to be painful right? How about to do the procedure one must give a sample of Raw Spiritual Tissue (RST for short) which would have to be obtained through a similiar way that we obtain bone marrow. That would provide the necessary spiritual genetics to regrow what ever limb was lost, while making the process extremely painful (the person should have to prp the painful experience) and would leave the patient drained, both of physical strength and spiritual stanima. This means no shunpo, kidou, shikai ect without risking death. The time it takes to recooperate would be depend on the limb. Larger limbs would take longer to recooperate of course.
Then you'd have a machine that takes the RST and analyzes it, clones it, stabilizes it, and implants and graphs it back on to the patients body. The limb in question would have to be worked out so that it could get to the same strength level as the non-replaced limb through a PrP. This could also open up ideas for plots like say the machine goes haywire for some reason and the RST gets mutated creating a new being which is to be killed by the Sereitei, Los Noches, the Bounts, or the Quincy (or possibly one for each). Anyway, just an idea.

Hojiku-Zai (補肉剤, Flesh-mending Drug): Mayuri has also developed a "regenerative serum," which can regrow limbs upon injection, and looks like some sort of green chemical. He used it to regenerate his arm when he fired it off as a grappling hook, and complained about the side-effects of pain that the serum caused. It can also be used to heal less severe injuries, as seen with Uryū and Renji

You have a good point Esquire. I remember this . . . it was a small vial, possibly an ounce at most. Put into a squeezable container for quick distribution. That drug/compound allowed for the regrowth of an arm, or healing of a massive hole in his midsection nearly instantly. I only foresee two issues with this.
One, Mayuri had endured massive bodily alterations. Case in point the kama formed out of his 'ear.' Such is possible that the drug was unique to him. If so, that would explain why the drug was not more widespread or common tools for the fourth squad. Two, I am unsure as to where this story lies in the timeline with cannon events. Perhaps this is not even going to intersect with those events, meaning Mayuri did not exist here.
At best, the drug is theoretically possible, and what is being done now is to bring it about. Squad twelve merely needs to find out how to work the drug under Mirouni's leadership and direction.

That particular drug will not be used in this guild for various reasons, the largest of which being that it was not just a drug, it had some other modifications to it as well. Regardless, the system I will be creating will be a replacement for this drug, although a drug will be involved.
