ok everyone! its time to get to work, if you want to work as a guild manager please check here regularly
things that need doing:
1.clean up the squad forums, make the captains office, squad profiles and missions forum "sticky" threads, make sure you check with the captain before deleting anything if there is no captain then no need to worry, but make sure you dont delete an important thread thats ongoing
2. delete all round 2 and below tournament fights, keep round 3's in tact
3. investigate whether or not the captains of the squads are active, if not report them immediatly to ichigo shingami
