This is a large dirt road that starts within the Wind Country and parts off eventually to the edge of the Land of Lighting.
If one were to travel this road,there are usually a couple of shops here and there but the place is extremely barren. In fact,there are quite a few old and worn buildings along the dusty road showing that years ago some people did indeed inhabit this rather harsh environment.
