Neal jumping out the window, and off the oning, gives that infamous shrug to Peter, Peter lets him run. "He's not in the Van" Best scene in the episode!
That is untill, "Hello, Kate" ... "Hello, Peter" I was so pissed when I saw this, I did actually believe Peter was the bad guy! And it made me so sad cuz he was my Fave!
