for the 39th time. But I have a question, how the hell do you guys figure out the calories for things that don't come in packages.
I mean I know how I'm limiting my calorie intake. But if my dad makes, idk, steak for dinner, how would I know?
Or if I have a salad with tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, olive oil and oregano. HOW DO I KNOW.
THESE THINGS PUZZLE ME.

i think there is a site with a caloriecounter that counts stuff like that for you

http://www.fitday.com/ amazing-a** food journal that you can look up and measure EVERYTHING you eat with. Plus you can do a ton of other s**t. Totally worth signing up for IMO.
