Gender: Female
Essence: Blue Bird Feather, a thrush bird found in many areas, the term 'bluebird' covers a variety of species. They're a song bird, and naturally, has a voice to live up to such a classification.
Oil: Citron, A fragrant citrus fruit that is sort of like a mix between lemon and an orange. It's not very edible except if prepared in certain fashions, and is rather used in medicine. Citron comes in various colors, but the kind I'm using it the kind grown in the Mediterranean, the Florentine citron.
Hair: Blue and bit curly, reaching her lower backside. It would hang to one side of her perhaps. Feathers maybe woven in and out.
Eyes: Deep royal blue
Skin: Mild yellow, not EYERAPE BRIGHT, but, rather bright. Lemon bright. (if that makes sense @A@' )
Markings: Pale yellow green 'freckles'. Eye shadow and lipstick is also blue. (small feathers are just on the outside of her eyes, close to where her ears are. The skin the palm of her hands and the pads of her feet are also pale green. (same pale green as markings). The green would be sort of the transitional color. A LOT of artist take on 'what would work best.

Extra: Her breasts and groin are covered by blue feathers, the ones covering her groin acting almost like a skirt, the ones covering her breasts like a bikini top. Honestly I'd love to see the artist take with this, so long as it incorporated the feathers. But what I would want would be that in her hair is a
citron flowerWings: Fluffy, almosy downy feather wings.
refThe down feathers and the alula are as yellow as her skin, but the rest of thr wings are a vibrant shade of blue, looking almost ocean like in the various shades and hues. But all are vibrant and eye catching none the less.
Tail: The tail is yellow minus the feathers at the tip which are the same as her wings, blue shades mixing about.
Personality: Playful party girl would be a good way to describe Solia. She is constantly in a state of 'have a good time'. She finds the world to be a grand place, and each second is meant to be spent having fun and being fun. Work doesn't exist. Or rather it does as she abhors it due to it cutting into her personal preference of lazying about or just having fun. Her playful nature paired with her natural carefree attitude leads to be a bit annoying if you are a rather serious type. Or, if you can't stand silly antics and on the fly changes. That isn't to say she is child-like. She has the mind of a full adult, being carelessly flirty and has great fun making jokes and yanking chains.
She is flighty, needlessly invasive, and pushy. She wants partners to party with. She wants someone to play games with her. Be with her. It is all about her. Which yes, this also means she is selfish. Her flaws are rather obvious to everyone but herself, as she honestly wouldn't understand the concept of being rejected for what she thinks to be her great personality.
LOOKS: Overall, I'm much more in favor of artist direction. WIPs would be great so I could offer my thoughts. I'm not the best designer and much of this concept is subjective to the shop's setting. Tooaya's work tends to be rather imaginative and really that is part of the draw of it for me XD
