Within these walls I expect respect, even from higher officals, it looks bad being disrespectful in front of me and my members. As for all my members, I hope for all of you to keep in tip top shape, when not giving out orders my Vice Captain will, please follow their word as my own.

Aside from that, always remember to think of protecting the living and dead first, even the hollows must be vanquished so that their souls are cleansed.
