Yeah, probibally lost them due to the Citric Acid which a lot of sour candies use to sour-up the flavor. Prob. the same for the lining of your mouth and I bet you had a sore-throught? I would say it got you good.
Though under normal circumstances it usually isnt strong enough to do damage they (Warheads candies) are quite strong and a bag of them at one time most definately in my opinion kill taste-buds being that consentrated.

i still have taste backs to that day. I can't even look at a bag of warheads without remembering the sourness. crying

3nodding Prob. for the better then that you dont eat them again. I myself havent eaten any Warheades candies in a few years at least since back when I was in High School.
