Born into a pastoral tribe with only loose ties to the rebels, Abdiel feels no strong affiliation to either the Empire or the Helic Republic. Reasonably outgoing and friendly to all, he is an agreeable person that likes to avoid confrontation. In spite of his isolated upbringing, he maintains an unhealthy obsession with Zoids, and is willing to talk with anyone, anywhere, at any time about them. Nerdy almost to a fault, his favorite television program is the televised Zoid battles aired by the ZBC, his loyalty to his obsession bordering on fanatic.
Suffering from a lack in self-confidence, he's not too sure of himself on or off of the battlefield, and bears the trimmings of a n00b. His skills are limited outside of Zoids sim, and he prefers fawning over his new Gun Sniper as though it's a toy rather than regarding it as a partner. Given some time to mature and gain battle experience, Abdiel has the potential to become a cunning and deadly pilot, but for now, he's still learning the ropes.
Otherwise a charming and respectable young man, Abby is hard to dislike. The odd times when he isn't gushing about Zoids reveal a genial, approachable boy that tends to be willing to make new friends, but he can and will hold grudges very easily.((=w= not done, I don't think;;; ))
