╫Background Information╫
Ayako grew up with one older sister -Kasumi- and one younger brother- Akaya-. Being the middle child she didn't receive a lot of positive attention. The only time they even looked at her was to scold or punish her for doing something wrong. Her sister Kasumi was a cruel girl who always looked down on her and constantly blamed her for her mistakes. On the other hand Akaya always looked up to her and was always trying to get their parents to believe that the middle child wasn't always to blame.
Kasumi soon found out that Akaya was trying to stick up for Ayako. This angered the older girl and she coldly slaughtered her younger brother in the middle of the night. Ayako woke up to the sound of her parents screaming and rushed to see what was going on. When she entered her little brother's room she came upon a brutal scene. She immediately knew who had did it and ran through the house searching for Kasumi, only to find that her older sister had fled the village. After she learned that she swore that she would one day find her sister and make her pay for killing her little brother. She joined the academy soon after that aiming to get stronger.
