HMMMMM. Let's see. >8T Ran is already kind of intrigued by Ishtar because he saw her hanging around Jianyu (lolol please excuse the fanboy in him) and he was impressed by how well she stood up for herself, so I'm sure he would like to meet her and be all YOU ARE A STRONG WOMAN AREN'T YOU /admires
I'll admit, Ran is kind of sexist. He's used to the idea that women are demure and know their place within the household, just as he expects men to be willing to pick up the heavy work and protect their families, etc. It's just how he was raised. But coming to Lunaria has taught him that things are different depending on the family, etc, so it doesn't come as too much of a shock to him to hear Ishtar be so sassy. Like I said, he's more likely going to appreciate her lack of weakness than anything.
UMMMMM as for how they would hang out... idk. He wouldn't, like, seek her out and be like I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR YOU but if he happened across her he'd be like "Oh hey how are you? Is that guy still causing trouble how is Jianyu blahblahblah." He definitely wouldn't mind chewing the fat.
.... Ishtar dances, right? LOLOL SO DOES RAN. Well for ceremony stuff. Ishtar could totally teach him some moves, if she wanted. Ran would look at it as training to help in his flexibility and be all for it. And maybe he could teach her something in return? @ w @;;;

Fine then. Jianyu says Ran should be his bodyguard to protect him from runaway bears that try to eat him and irritating brothers-in law
