Soooo...after 9 years, they have finally decided to pull out of Iraq, countless soldiers dead, countless civilians dead, the warmongers have made their fortune, and when asked the simple question: why? what was the point of it all, the answer was a slap in the face: to give the Iraqi people a chance to choose their own future.

I'm actually a lot calmer about it now then I was the other night (just ask Hunter) and it still just sickens me, that so many people have died, and no one will get a slap on the wrist and the deserved punishment for this atrocity. It basically has plunged the North Americas (yes we feel it here in Canada too) into horrible financial crisis, that we will feel the backlash of for many years to come (assuming it doesn't take us all down with it) and for nothing at all... once the US leaves Iraq...I figure it will take a couple months and it will be back to exactly what it was when this mess was all started... the Ironmongers won this round... arms dealers (I wont justify them by calling em defense contractors...they are pure and simple ironmongers) are the only ones who won this... *shakes his head* opinions? anyone else?

Nuts eh... Personally I think that 'Wars" should be settled at a game board. 3nodding I only wish that everyone else could see it that way.
It is so lame to drag so meny good people into someone Else's fight!
Warmongers don't care if other people lose their homes, families, freinds, fields, water...

At it's base nature, it's entirely about profit and control of resources, to put it as simply and as honestly as possible.

We basically kill abjectly poor people in third world countries and keep them living in fear so that we can force them to give us their oil for the absolute cheapest price or we just kill them and take it, as we have countless times with our private mercenaries such as Blackwater, now XE Industries. (They had to change their name due to their reputation for sending in mercenaries pumped up on cocaine, androbolic-androgenic steroids and various other narcotics who then mercilessly slaughtered innocent and unarmed civilians abroad, including women and children- buy hey, it's no big deal; they were only doing their jobs so that makes it okay, right?).

We're getting away with it because we pretend that they are some powerful and nefarious enemies of ours- as if they are actually a threat, and the financially controlled media, backed largely by conservatives with private interests pushes to make it all as believable as possible for all of the brain dead viewers living in a first world superpower nation, which is subsequently drowning in it's own idiocy.

War is business. Political theatrics for profit. Imperialist nationalist media controlled military industrial complex with some semblance of democracy.

The only problem with democracy is that it requires politicians; politicians are too easy to buy.
