 Maya Amyllin MizukageMaya looked at the papers on her desk. Finally they had created some sort of peace. She did like it on one hand, and disliked it on the other. She had lost a great many of ninja during the wars, but she didn't know what to expect of the other villages. She didn't want to ruin this new created balance by spying on her rivals. She looked at the list of academy applicants. They haven't been this high in years. Parents got word of the peace and decided to turn their childs in now it was safe to do so. Maya could only laugh at that ignorance, since war was never far off in the ninja world.

Taz headed towards the door, his gut wrenching and his face sweating. He was growing more and nervous as he near the Mizukage's office. He knocked twice, as he waited outside.

Maya Amyllin MizukageMaya almost felt relieved when she heard knocking on the door. She hadn't seen anyone else aside from her assistants for ages, and Kit hadn't visited her after the last time things kinda got out of hand. She probably scared him just as he scared her. Looking for notes on her desk, she looked if she could be expecting someone. She couldn't find one, so Maya stood up and placed her hands on the desk. '' Come in!'', she yelled, wondering who the hell could be on the other side of the door. She was too lazy to activate her bloodline to find out.

Taz walked in and up to her desk. He stood in attention as he stopped, with his hands down to his side and his chest out. He was serious and he spoke "I am Aoba Taz, but I'd like to be call Taz. I moved her from Leaf and I'd like to become a Shinobi of the Hidden Mist if it was alright with you." he asked as he waited for her reply. A sweat drop rolled down his cheek and fell onto his shirt. He was nervous, but he tried not to show it.

So many things she could do to make his life totally miserable, and so many things she could say to promise him heaven. But she wouldn't do any, because she needed to become serious at such matters. '' Mister Aoba, why did you leave leaf? You must be aware of the fact that the villages are still very unbalanced in peace and I do not want to start a quarrel with the lovely Hokage about stealing his ninja. And I am Maya Amyllin, Lady Mizukage for you'', she said as she sat down. Information about the current status of the Leaf was always welcome, since it would help her figure out an attack if the need arised. However, she needed ninja as well, but she didn't want to let one in that would tell everything she did to Christian Uzumaki.

Taz shook his head,knowing what he had said was taken the wrong way. "I moved to Mist about 3 years ago. I am originally from from Leaf, but I am a registered citizen in Water Country. Even though my family leave in Hidden Leaf." he said as he tried to get her to understand that he no longer was a part of Leaf, and he wanted her to trust him. That was the reason he was willing to tell her anything about his part.

I hope for you that you really want this, since my former students can tell I am horrible when people betray me or don't live up to my expectations. You understand? I am giving you the benefit of the doubt of this, but you won't have acces to high ranked scrolls and information untill you have proven yourself. And because you're an outsider, I might be harder on you than on any of the mist shinobi. You still won't back out''. Maya smirked. She was one devilish Mizukage, when she could manouver herself in a role where she had control.

Taz gave a smile, trying to look as innocent as he could. He wasn't going to say he wasn't scared of her or that she wasn't intimidating because she was. He just bowed and stayed in the bowed position "I will do whatever it takes to show you my loyalty lies with you." he'd do everything she asked and more.
