Haruko, still in a most foul mood from the incident in the springs, had left early, before apologizing, to the squad training barracks. He began to mutter softly to himself "where does he ge off, treating me like an F-ing child. I deserve the same respect I give him, from him." Haruko was just in the worst mood ever.
He passed his office, and headed straight into the training room. "EVERYBODY OUT, YOUR DRILLS WILL BE OUTSIDE UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE FROM ME OR THE CAPTAIN" Haruko yelled angrily. Everybody left immediately, as iff the knew they were in for it iff they didn't. Haruko grabbed is sword, and proceeded to set up some special practice dummies. These were special practice dummies, they fed off of the practicer's spiritual energy, took his for, and abilities, and had energy based swords that mimicked the opponents zanpakuto, but with no releases.
There were four of them, all in a row in front of Haruko, and all at one quarter of his own power. They were his own creation, and as he would defeat one, the other would gain that one's power, until it was one on one between two equals. They were programmed to emulate fatigue, otherwise they would be far too dangerous to use. These were Haruko's prized creation, and no other squad had them, and only those with Haruko's permission could use them.
He took a Fighting stance, and the four dummy opponents all came at him, one from each angle. He used shunpo to dodge up, and attack to front one from above. it raised its blade in defense, as the other three came at him from behind. He landed on the ground, and kicked the middle of the three backwards, and ducked the other two. He grabbed the one he was currently facing around the waist, and threw it back, suplex style, and it hit the wall hard, leaving a huge dent in the wall. Haruko then lunged at it with a follow up stab, only going in far enough to hit where a person's heart would be. The energy from that dummy transferred into the other three as they came at Haruko who was against the wall, with no place to go. Haruko had to release his blade "Melody of speed, and strength" as he said that, his blade began to glow white, and it became two swords connected at the hilt. This weapon was silver. A loud boom could be heard from the room, and it knocked a few things off their shelves. Haruko then backed up to the wall, only to launch off of it, and spin in the air in order to deflect his enemies weapons, and to kick two of them with his free leg. Haruko landed on the ground with his back turned, when all of a sudden the enemy he did not hit slashed his back, and cut deep. "aaaaahhhhhhh" Haruko screamed as he turned around and slashed at the enemy. he swung the blade straight down, and as it was blocked he quickly transferred it into an upper swing using the lower blade. as it made contact, the other two dummies came at him. his was to no avail, because Haruko blocked both of their stabs with the other dummies body. Haruko then jumped back, and caught his breathe, he really could not allow another hit like the last one. Almost like clockwork the two leftover dummies gained even more energy, and were now each at half of his strength. The ripped the dummy the stabbed in half, and lunged at Haruko, but they were smarter about it the time, they used flash step to come at him from the front, and the back. Haruko used his ability to move at the speed of sound to jump, and dodge the move. He then lunged at the closer of the two, and caught its blade, in sword clash, it tried to overpower the weakened Haruko, but was to no avail, his blade cut through the dummies blade, and through its head.
This left Haruko, and one dummy that was his equal in power, and far less fatigued than him. It flash stepped at him and got to about 1 foot away before Haruko released his bankai "Melodic Thrash, harmony of speed, and power" just then his blade came together into a sword of two blade facing the same way, and connected at the hilt, Haruko pulled them apart, now able to dual wield. A loud boom went off, disorienting his opponent. Haruko, still able to move at the speed of sound slashed three times at the dummies back, sending wave of energy that when making contact let off a sonic boom. The dummy was hit by one, and blocked the other two, before it cam at Haruko with shunpo it slashed Haruko again in the front, again, and again, leaving cuts every where. Haruko finally managed to block an attack, and he kicked the dummy away. This had to end, now. Haruko placed his hand over his face, and summoned his mask. A surge of power went through Haruko. He felt great, as iff he was not losing all of the blood that he really was. He then pointed his finger at the dummies leg, and used cero to take it out, he hen did the same thing to its other leg. He then used his sound movement to jump over the dummy, one foot on each arm, and his blades as an X-shape across the dummies neck. "It would seem that I am now properly calmed down" Haruko said as he cut its head off, and his mask disappeared.
Haruko then sheathed his weapon, and left the barracks. "Men, you may now once more train in the barracks, good day to you all" He said as he left for his office.
