Yes I'm extremely bitter and grumpy. Especially today. All I was told was that my GRANDMOTHER was coming over. Her I can deal with, even though she's exhausting. But then 2 random ppl I didn't know walk in my house and start kissing me on the cheeck. Eventually I pull my mom aside and ask who the heck is in our house. She's like "don't you recognize your grandma's sister?" and I'm just like "Grandma is talking to her sister???" (remember how I mentioned my Grandma is... special, well she likes to tell people how to live their lives and it offends most people)
So now I've snuck off to my room to go on gaia cause I really hate company, I'm EXTREMELY introverted and I just find it such a pain to entertain people and be all polite and proper and social. It's exhausting. Plus they only speak french!
Sigh, sorry about the many many vent threads this weekend. I'm off to entertain the guests now. neutral

DX what a nightmare,is this the grandma that you eat dinner with on your adventures or the other one? or is that a restaurant? we have a restaurant named grandmas....

Cowgirl-with-heart DX what a nightmare,is this the grandma that you eat dinner with on your adventures or the other one? or is that a restaurant? we have a restaurant named grandmas.... hahaha, no no, my dad's mom, the french Grandma, is the one who is visiting. My mom's mom, who's english, is the one who lives in Ontario that I stay with in my travels.

I do love my grandma, let me get that out there cause I've complained about her plenty recently, but, she's a nice enough woman. Like she'll always sew me slippers or make Cowboy wtv costume I ask for and she gives me lots of money (mainly cause she thinks charities steal all your money). She's just difficult in large doses lol. I remember being crazy stressed when she met my ex boyfriend who was half black lol. I was so scared she was gona say something racist in front of him. Luckily she just talked about gays all night and asked my aunt the nurse if she sees a lot of gays with a** problems gonk

Cowgirl-with-heart Gabrielle_AnimalLuver and asked my aunt the nurse if she sees a lot of gays with a** problems gonk lol omg,Im sorry,thats wrong,but it made me chuckle,why on earth would a person ASK something like that??!?! LOL Well for years she didn't "believe" in being gay. She gave her sister s**t about her son being gay saying it was something she caused raising him, only to find out a few years later my half brother was gay, and then for a while she actually didn't talk to him. When she did she would call him a f** to his face. I think she's over it now, it still disgusts her though. But anyway, in her mind, being gay is an unnatural thing and so, my guess is, in her mind, getting it in the butt is not natural (like girls never do that, like it wasn't the ONLY form of birth control before the invention of condoms rolleyes ) Therefor they must develop problems with their butts. Sigh, yup, that's my grandma! Oh and I found out the only reason she behaved with my ex was cause my dad had a talk with her. And as soon as we broke up, she was like " he wasn't black though, right? He was just half black? Well I knew it wouldn't last" mad

Same. I think it's kind of rude too. You can't just come around without warning.
Plus it's so awkward. I just live with my boyfriend so sometimes I just wear my underwear or whatever, and when people just barge in it's like.. No privacy in your own home. confused
