Personality: Calm & silent, he always says the right thing a the right time but sometimes it is viewed as almost arrogant by his peers, in spite that he is a captain, he still cares for every man on his squad. His greatest weakness is his passion for others safety & when they get hurt he beats himself up as pestilence.
History: He was originally from the Rukongai within the reaches of the boarder between the Inuzuri & Hokutan districts, in a small shack when he was cared for by an old man named Hogo' Mitsumane, Raiko Decided to go to the acadamy when a pack of stray hollows breached the soul society's security within the Dangai Precipice World, he found his grandfather dead when he came home after gathering herbs for his grandfather. After witnessing this horrific sight he vowed to never allow souls to never be harmed by hollows again.

Shikai 1: Kaminari no fukushuu (Vengence of thunder)
Shikai Release Incantation: ”Strike back!! Kaminari no Fukushuu!"
Shikai Description:
Shikai Ability: 1st: When Kaminari is released, Raiko is able to fire lightning bolts made from reiatsu from the hilt of his zanpakutō.
2nd: He can also release a burst of sound that if enough power is applied to the blast that it has the potential to send opponents flying.
Shikai 2: " kagayaku no kaminari" (Bright shining Thunderbolt)
Shikai Release Incantation: "Show me your truth, Kagayaku no kaminari"
Shikai Description: When his shikai is released, his grandfather's scarf that is wrapped around the hilt is not tattered anymore, it is clean a almost brand new.
Shikai Ability: 1st: When Raiko's sword is released, he able to cast flashes of light that work like tiny blades to cut his enemies.
2nd:He able to uses the light to sense reiatsu more acutely, thus able to have a higher chance to avoid sneak attack, regardless of that if it is night or the enemies are hidden in the shadow they are not within Raiko's viewpoint.

Bankai Name: "Kaminari no shizu" (Death of thunder)
Bankai Appearance: The sword is fused with him as a bolt of lightning hits him. Raiko appears as an Samurai without a protective mask.
Bankai Description: Immense speed increase- when Raiko is within bankai he is able to move faster then sound which matches shunko, maybe even faster than the latter. During this case, his hands is electrically charged & can stab though enemies like a zanpakuto.
-He is also able to send out his zanpakuto spirit to attack his enemies, more powerful than the bolts of lightning sent out during his shikai. (when using this, he causes damage to himself as a penalty to himself, only used as a last result.)
