I have about one-hundred dollars to get a new one. Normally, I'd save my money so I could get a better camera, but homoming is coming up. I'd like a camera before then. So do you have any suggests on the type of camera I should get with 100ish dollars?

Eee....I don't think I would suggest getting any camera that you intend on using for very long with $100. Maybe get a disposable, then save your money. Anything under $100 isn't going to be worth your money, especially if you want to use it for anything but point-n-shooting.

I'd check out the shops near you and see if there's a place to rent a nice camera for the night of homecoming then save for a good camera smile
google is your friend and searching the "near you" option should help you find somewhere nearby smile

Photography is an expensive hobby/profession. Its the reason I don't have a car yet.
