In this game, players will be asked to name three pairings - one heterosexual, one lesbian, and one gay - and rate the three pairings named before them on a +1, -1, and +/-1 scale. The game will continue until only on among femslash, slash, or het is left. So technically, the game is het vs. slash vs. femslash.
How This Works
Poster 1 names three pairings, one heterosexual, one lesbian, and one gay:
Captain Nazzy
(5) Het: Ron/Cho
(5) Slash: Harry/Snape
(5) Femslash: Hermione/Ginny
(5) Slash: Harry/Snape
(5) Femslash: Hermione/Ginny
The numbers in parenthesis represent the current score. Posters are responsible for updating the score with each post.
Captain Nazzy
(5) Het: Ron/Cho - 1
(5) Slash: Harry/Snape + 1
(5) Femslash: Hermione/Ginny + 1
Lol, what the hell, Ron/Cho is so random. XD
(4) Het: Cedric/Fleur
(6) Slash: Viktor/Ron
(6) Femslash: Katie/Angelina
(5) Slash: Harry/Snape + 1
(5) Femslash: Hermione/Ginny + 1
Lol, what the hell, Ron/Cho is so random. XD
(4) Het: Cedric/Fleur
(6) Slash: Viktor/Ron
(6) Femslash: Katie/Angelina
The next poster will then assign points (either +1 or -1) to each category, not according to their preference overall between het, slash, and femslash, but according to their preference to the pairings the poster before them named. These points are to be bolded (or underlined if your text is already bold.)
You MUST subtract one point and add one point, but the third point can either be a plus or a minus. So instead the poster could have rated the post like so:
Captain Nazzy
(5) Het: Ron/Cho - 1
(5) Slash: Harry/Snape - 1
(5) Femslash: Hermione/Ginny + 1
(4) Het: Cedric/Fleur
(4) Slash: Viktor/Ron
(6) Femslash: Katie/Angelina
(5) Slash: Harry/Snape - 1
(5) Femslash: Hermione/Ginny + 1
(4) Het: Cedric/Fleur
(4) Slash: Viktor/Ron
(6) Femslash: Katie/Angelina
In which the poster subtracted two points and added only one.
When you have assigned your points, you must then update the score in the parenthesis and name three pairings of your own.
Each category will begin with five points. When one reaches zero, it is dropped from the list. The final category left is the winner.
