Powers: Manipulation over the weather. She is able to generate lightning, snow, sleet, hail, rain and even whip up winds to carry her aloft and alter her body temperature to compensate weather conditions
Bio:
A sassy and very independent young woman who just so happens to be an illegal immigrant from Morocco who stays in Harlem, New York. She was put in jail after being caught stealing a 1978 Mustang The tall and thin Ro makes a laving by stealing cars, however she has troubles controlling her powers and is a little reluctant to use them for fear of hurting someone innocent. However she is very resourceful and can be straight forward and to the point. Little else is know of her back history and she prefers it to stay that way it wasn't till later that she moved into Xavier's School for the gifted to learn how to control her abilities and get a forward education as well as help further human/mutant relations since Xavier did bail her out of jail.
Extra: She has a affinity for sports cars.
