[b]Rank:[/b] (Once your character has been approved, you will most certainly join a squad, and sometimes you will gain a rank that isn't "unseated". Put your "RANK, SQUAD" here. If you are not ranked in your squad, then put "Unseated, SQUAD", and if you have not yet joined a squad, leave it blank.)

[b]Physical Description:[/b] (Your character's physical appearance is important, and will probably be a big component in your posts and who wants to interact with you. Not everyone has perfect skin, full lips, and perfect C-cup breasts, so make sure that even all of the little notable things that make up your character are depicted here. Hair color, length and style are some simple things. Eye color, nose shape, posture, breast size, and expression are great things to include in your description. Everything about your character's appearance is notable, not an inch of them is really so insignificant, but don't get so crazy that you begin to describe the inner workings of their skin cells. A good, healthy description of appearance goes a long way.)

[b]Personality:[/b] (The personality is usually the second thing people notice about your character, and is deciding factor in who your character will be interacting with, and the friends and enemies you will gain. So simply putting single words, separated by commas, isn't good enough to describe you're character's complexity. Anyone can be a "team-player" or "honest", the more specific you are about your character the more productive and interesting they will be. Think about their experiences and how they would handle similar situations in the future, what they think about certain people, or even if they would stand around for hours awkwardly, instead of asking someone for directions to the bathroom.)

[u][b]Zanpakutou:[/b][/u]

[b]Zanpakutou Spirit:[/b] (Your zanpokuto spirit is like your power animal. It’s a source of inner strength that represents your wants, needs, desires, goals, insecurities, shortcomings, fears, and everything in between. They are the proverbial skeleton in your closet; the zanpkuto spirit is literally your character without any of the fluff. They represent everything that your character is in the truest sense. Just because Bob the Shinigami is a great fellow who wants to save his friends does not mean that his spirit agrees. Perhaps Bob is trying to make up for something he did in the past. The spirit is the true Bob, without the pretending. Because of this nature, humanoid zanpokuto are rare at best. Zanpokuto spirits are a primal manifestation.)

[b]Inner World:[/b] (OPTIONAL This is the realm inside every shinigami where his power is reflected onto a world-like canvas. A tyrant king would have many riches, expensive and flashy objects to dazzle the eyes to flaunt his wealth and intimidate those he wishes to place under his influence. This is your characters throne room, where he is king. But at the same time, you're zanpakutou also lives here, and things that will befit them are also present, and can sometimes conflict with the character's preference. Basically, it's an apartment inside of you that your zanpakutou spirit lives in, and can alter it to it's liking to a limit, but everything from your own character will still be there.)

[b]Sealed Form:[/b] (Most of your zanpakutou's time will be spent in it's sealed state, which is usually a fairly ordinary looking weapon. As to what the sealed state of the weapon can be isn't necassarily limited, but typically it's a katana, which is part of the shinigami uniform; but in some cases, the sealed state is a different type of sword. Everything from the tsuba[handguard] shape and design, handle wrap color and shape, scabbard material and color designs, sometimes even the blade is slightly modified to fit it's master's personality. This sword represents your shinigami’s fighting spirit, so make sure it fits your character!)

[color=red](Not obtained yet)[/color] [b]Shikai Name/Release Phrase:[/b] (Every zanpakutou has a name, and must be called out to shift into it's shikai state with a unique release phrase that reflects it's methods of dispatching it's targets. Release phrases are recommended to be kept relatively short, usually with a command followed by the zanpakutou's name. NO ONE can have a zanpakutou that is always in shikai. )

[b]Shikai Description:[/b] (When a zanpakutou is released into it's shikai state, power is used to make that happen. But the first thing that happens, is the actual transformation. Some zanpakutou have flashy transformations, possible vortexes of energy swirling around the user to cloak the transformation, or maybe just a simple glow and shift. Most all zanpakutou have an original transformation, so don't squander the oppertunity! But mainly, what does that zanpakutou look like when it's fully in shikai state? Get creative with this, not everyone needs a giant weapon, or a barrage from an arsenal of countless blade fragments. Changing the type of weapon, different attributes or specializations that boost non-zanpakutou abilities. It's overall an increase in your skills, plus a new weapon that has a few new tricks of it's own. Also remember, your zanpakutou doesn't always necassarily have to change into an actual weapon... or change at all.)

[b]Shikai Powers:[/b] (Almost all shikai have new abilites that aren't accessable outside of shikai; and even some that are usable outside of shikai after it's obtained. So make a list of those powers here. Also make specific notes about your basic attributes [speed, strength, kidou prowess, etc.] here.)

[color=red](Not obtained yet)[/color] [b]Bankai Name:[/b] (Your bankai's name is usually it's initial name, with an added suffix or prefix that describes it. There is no Bankai release phrase, just "Bankai!")

[b]Bankai Description:[/b] (Your Bankai is basically the peak of your zanpakutou, and shinigami's increase in power through their zanpakutou. This is the final stage of your zanpakutou. Just like in shikai, you're zanpakutou will likely change shape again, so describe everything about this new equipment. When your Shinigami releases the Zanpakutou, what happens? Does the Zanpakutou just suddenly change, or is there a flashy burst of power? Be specific. This is your coup de grace, the strongest you can get, but keep in mind that other people have to fight against it. No one likes to go against unbeatable odds; think of what it would be like to face your bankai rather than just what makes it the most powerful! Remember, your Bankai still has to be relative to your Shikai attribute wise. Having a Shikai that is elemental with Lightning and then suddenly having a Gravity Bankai is inconsistent and lame, and will most certainly be rejected!)

[b]Bankai Powers:[/b] (Describe any powers your Bankai has and list any attacks you frequently use as well. Names are not required, and remember that setting specific attacks can limit your flexibility in using your powers. An appropriate mix between attacks, passive abilities and gauged attribute and power boosts based on your character's initial characteristics would be wise. All the techniques that your zanpakutou will allow you that weren't from shikai, will be revealed here.)

[b]Special Accessories:[/b] (Does your character wear any special jewelry or carry an unusual, unique item with them? Mention anything your character has a particular attachment to and why here. Accessories often set a part characters just as much as their personality, so be specific! Just about everyone in the world has an accessory or two, so why should your character be any different?)

[b]Skills/Abilities:[/b] (What can your shinigami do outside of the usual sword swinging and release phrasing? If your character has been trained in a martial art, list it here. If they have a particular acuity toward something, list it here. If they are skilled at something that directly or indirectly involves combat, or not at all, list it here. This also reflects your character heavily, and will often help inspire you to do creative, non-plot, private role plays [PRP] that will help you boost your relationships with others and maybe gain some new friends!)

[b]Biography/History:[/b] (Now listen, everyone has a backstory. Something to say; even if it sounds boring to you, someone else would be glad to hear it. NO ONE, can have an unknown past, this is not a direct interview with your character, so even if he/she has forgotten, you haven't. Start from a their younger days, what kind of relationships they had, where they lived, when and how they lived. Everything that made this character up until the day he/she died should be present here. Then... after they died. Not all soul burials are prompt, your character probably had some time to float around aimlessly for a few hours before they were sent to Soul Society, so make an account of this, as it will count towards your character as a shinigami. Now believe me, few people are actually born into Soul Society, and those are typically members of the Royal Families. But your character's experience in the Rukongai is crucial to his reasoning and purpose as a Shinigami. People who had a rough time may want to make it better for others, people who fought and loved to fight, may want to meet stonger opponents. Someone they loved may have become a Shinigami, perhaps they wish to continue to protect them? Or keep themselves from falling behind in rivalry. All of this makes up who your character is, so a short simplistic biography, will make a short simplistic character. Lastly in your biography should be your character's experience through the Shinigami academy and being accepted into a on of the 13 Squad after graduation. You're time at the academy is a heavy influence on how your character handles authority figures and his peers, along with their skills. Not everyone can master everything, and those strengths and weaknesses began to surface during the academy. Strong physically, but weak spiritually; good swordsmanship but poor kidou; strong but slow, fast but physically feeble. Or maybe good at everything spirit, but helpless in physical combat. Maybe you're a healer? Who knows, but this all is recognized during the four year attendence at the Shinigami Academy.)
