THE RULES!
Oh yeah, like everywhere, we have to put rules. We know that most of them are obviously obvious but what can I say? Some people need to see them or they'll think there dont have to follow any!
So here they are!
1. Follow all Gaian rules and most definitely follow the Daisy Code. 
2. No racism, sexism or discrimination of any kind in OOC.
3. Romance is encouraged, but NO CYBERING. PG-13.
4. Make your characters realistic. No fantasy type characters. Human only. Also, please don't go overboard in character pasts. Nothing like, She-Who Must-Not-Be-Named after being forced into sex by jimmy as frank held her down they made kina watch and brittany watch after wards they tortured and burned brittany's eye's till she was blind and malia became a house mother working on college courses online part time since she couldnt finish high school due to rumor's but over all she is a loving cheerful girl she also wishes to write childrens stories and help victims of abuse and such also 5. Maximum quoting is 3. Any more and it gets annoying.
6. Fighting is ok, but no killing please.
7. No godmoding, however this shouldn't be a huge problem.
8. BE ACTIVE. This cannot be stressed enough. If you are inactive, you will be warned. Failure to heed the warning will result in banning.
9. Literacy is expected. Use proper grammar, punctuation, quotes. No *...* for actions. There is a GOOD four line minimum in every post (that's around 150 words). Nothing like, Now, those just don't count, folks.
9.5. Highlight this post for the secret. If you're joining, sweetums, be sure to put 'I pledge myself to [insert either zem or serend here] into your request or else we'll just ignore you. ;D10. Report any abuse, rule breaking, or any sort or behavior that troubles you to a member of the crew.
11. Comments, questions, suggestions, etc.. should be made in the designated thread. Complaints can be sent to crew members to be addressed personally.

HERE ARE MORE RULES!
Those are for you who wants to join us. First of all, you will have to send an example or your RP skill with your join request. If you have no idea what to write about, make it the first post what your character will make.
Furthermore, we requite a minimum of literacy as stated in Rule # 9. If you don't follow it, you'll have only one warning trough PM. If you continue in your un-literacy-ness, you'll be banned.
Talking about being banned, if you becomes inactive for two weeks without telling one of the mods, you'll be put on a Probation. You,ll have an other two weeks to inform us from your state before we ban you. If, you choose to come back to the guild, we will let you back in but you will have to pay the Fee again and make an other character.

Now, now, here is one more rule. Well, it is more a "rule" than a guideline. Everything regarding your characters being pregnant (is it a boy, a girl, twins, triplets, miscarrying, abortion, early term, stillbirth, complications, etc) must be talked to with Serendipitous Coma. This is more to keep track of the RP and make sure that half the town doesn't become Tripplet-ville.
Same goes with Diseases. If you want your character to have a certain sickness, whatever it is from the common cold to an HIV, it should be talked with Fantasy Follower.

Useless Character Rule Here is a new rule in order to keep the guild clean and organized. Every character someone makes needs to be used every so often. If you do not like a character you have made, either make them into an NPC or have them dying/leaving. For those who dies or leaves the island, you will need to PM either Lone_Heart, Serendipitous Coma or Peri-sama and ask them to lock/remove all the thread regarding those characters and moving them to the locked-subforum.
If a character isn't being used after around a month and a half, we will give you a warning. You will have only one week to either use them or tell us what fate you want them to have. If they aren't being used after that week, or if you do not tell us what you want to happen to them, or if you tell us you are going to use them, but don't we will decide their fate for you.
Of course, this rule does not apply to characters that comes and go on the island every so often. If a character leaves the island, fall into a coma, goes missing or anything of the sort for a long period of time, but you still want to use them later on, it'll be alright. Just as long as they aren't taking up jobs and looking like zombies.

More Character Related Rules
This will be very simple and quick. Any new member will have a limit of four character to create at first. To have more than 4, you will need to PM me to have permission. Also, for the less active people, I would like you all to ask me to have more character. I trust you to know if you are active or not.

Business The Crew has decided on a new rule. From now on, Only active members will be allowed to owned a business. This means that every new member that join the guild will have to have their characters work a part time job for a while until they are allowed to own a business. Already active members will still be able to take up a business whenever they want, even with a new characters. Less active members, however, won't be able too.
This does now apply to people who already own a business.

Ban on certain type of characters
This rule will change every so often, please check it regularly. Also, overtime it'll be changed, an announcement will be made.
To keep diversity in the guild, we sometime have to put a ban on certain type of characters when too many of that type are made. Of course, this does not apply to you if you already have a character of that type. It only applies if you are planning on making one like that.
Here is a list of the curently banned characters
Junkies and Drug addicts
Rich characters (meaning millionaire and up)
Straight Female character*
*About the straight female bans, some exceptions exist. First of all, your first character is allowed to be a straight female.You are allowed to make 1 straight females for every 4 male character you have. If you have more than 50% of your characters being male, you are allowed to make a straight female. Finally, children do not count in that list, which means that you can make as many straight female under the age of 12 as you want
