Ninjutsu
Name of Jutsu: Fuuton: Akushū (Foul Stench)
Rank of Jutsu: E
Jutsu's Element: fuuton
Description: The user performs the seals and foul stench drifts into the area, as if someone just farted. No vocalization necessary.
Rp Sample The meeting was getting very dull, even for akatsuki, and to mix things the unnamed member decided a prank was in order. He silently performed a set of seals behind his back, and a foul stench began to drift from deidara's direction.
Name of Jutsu:Fuuton: Soothing Breeze

Jutsu's Element:Fuuton
Range: Surrounds the character in a small bubble. Another ninja could be affected only if they were themselves very close to the target (ex: hugging them)
Description:A support jutsu which can be used to raise morale and effectiveness in a battle. The Fuuton user, wraps their teammates (or themselves) in a relaxing breeze, that clears their mind of emotion and minor pains. This allows the affected ninja to think rationally, and put their emotions and physical pains aside. The breeze surrounds the character for a post, but the length of the affects depends on how emotional/injured the affected ninja is, as well as their state of mind. If used on a tired shinobi, it may cause drowsiness. This can be useful outside of battle, or against a fatigued ninja. It can also be extremely dangerous if used on a tired teammate (or ones-self). Can be used on multiple ninja on the same turn. Chakra drain is per affected ninja. So if one was to use it on three ninja, it would drain E-rank chakra 3 times.
Rp Sample Nagisa could sense that her comrades were unable to put their emotions out of the way. Their best friend was captured, and they had allowed their temper to rise to dangerous levels, and she did not know that she could trust them to carry out the mission. It was hard, Nagisa knew, to have to fight one of your long-time friends. “Everyone stop. We need to take a moment to collect ourselves.” She declared loudly. They all stopped in a clearing, as Nagisa began her work. After a short series of seals, a soothing wind began to surround the whole team as she began to speak. “Everyone, listen up! The shinobi we are chasing is no longer your comrade. The Raikage has assigned you all, because you know him the best. I know this is asking a lot, but if you can not put aside your emotions during this battle then our whole village will soon fall.” As she spoke, she worked on lowering their stress. When the jutsu wore off, she called the wind once more, knowing once would not be enough in this situation.
the team began to return to their collected selves, and she could tell that reason was beginning to win them over. This would help keep them from doing something stupid, but she still had to watch them carefully.

Jutsu's Element:fuuton ninjutsu
Description: A mild breeze is used to pick up any scent nearby, remove it from the area and make it appear that it is coming from a different location. This is very useful against any tracking that uses scent.
Rp Sample Nagisa knew she was being tracked by dogs, and needed to do something to draw them off. She stopped and performed a long series of seals and a breeze blew her scent towards the west, and cleared it from the general area. The dogs would be on a wild goose chase. Nagisa then continued her journey south with a wide smile on her face. “mission complete!”

Jutsu's Element: Fuuton
Description: This jutsu is used to alert the user of tresspassers. The user calls a light breeze that surrounds a base site, and any tresspassers will break the flow, and alert the user. To any who walk through it, it would feel like little more than a light breeze. This move cannot be used if the user is outside of the area. This move is stationary, and is designed specifically to guard camp sites.
Rp Sample
Shika had set up camp, and sat down in the middle. The careless genin she had been tasked with escorting began setting up camp without a care in the world. Shika let them take care of the simple stuff and went to her own task of protecting the camp. Her hands slowly performed the necessary seals as she focused her chakra. “Air current no jutsu” she said calmly, as she focused on the soothing wind chakra. A light breeze formed around the camp, and she noticed a chill run down the genin's spines.
“It's getting a little breezy all of a sudden!” one complained, but Shika ignored him. She would know if any intruders showed up, and that was all that mattered right now.

Genjutsu
Name of Jutsu: Fuuton: Kaze no tsuyoi hi (Windy Day)

Jutsu's Element: Fuuton Genjutsu
Description: after showing the required handseals to the victim, an illusory wind picks up. It isn't incredibly strong. If the affected does not realize it is a genjutsu, they will adjust any projectiles to match the wind, causing them to miss the target. It seems like the ninja is able to dodge the attacks without even moving.
Rp Sample: As many new genin often do, this one did not know many jutsu, and tended to rely on shuriken and kunai. This was an important lesson for young ninjas, they had to learn their skill level. Nagisa was asked to teach the students this basic fact, without crushing their spirits. After a moments thought, she decided the best response would be to get him to stop relying on shuriken all the time. She made sure he could see her, and performed a short set of handseals. “Fuuton, windy day no jutsu!” she called out, and the wind began to blow hard. Another wave of shuriken came from her right, but it missed her completely. It was a good genjutsu that made dodging ranged attacks unnecessary. He had adjusted to match the wind, not realizing it was a mere illusion.

Jutsu's Element:fuuton genjutsu
Description: Takes two turns. After performing a long set of seals, the user must be heard saying the name of the jutsu. When they are heard, a very strong wind picks up, and the ninja has to brace themselves against it. In the second post, the affected sees their body turning into cherry-blossoms and blowing away. This is extremely emotionally traumatizing, and a little painful for them since they are slowly losing contact with their body. even if they realize it is genjutsu (how many real jutsu turn you into flower petals?) they cannot easily break it. While they are affected their bodies are unable to move, and open to attack. Extended exposure (3 posts?) requires at least 2 posts in a medical care to recover from the shock
Rp Sample Jeremy had underestimated her genjutsu. For Nagisa to know such a powerful jutsu was uncanny. She was so strong! He knew what was happening as soon as he heard the words “Fuuton, scattering winds no jutsu!” but he couldnt do anything about it. He had not yet mastered kai, andhe had no allies here to help. She had won the fight, and he felt lucky that this was just a sparring matfch. Had he really surpassed her in such a short ammount of time? This was not the same Konoha ninja he had been friends with. He looked at his hands and sure enough they were vanishing into petals, It felt so uncanny, to lose contact with the body had had used his whole life. Before it got any worse, Nagisa had mercifully released the genjutsu, and Jeremy found himself staring at her Kodachi.
“You lose” She said with a strange smile. She knew how badly she had beaten him, and was loving it.
Name of Jutsu: Katon: Akuma no iki (Demon's Breath)

Jutsu's Element:katon genjutsu
Description: Useful against katon and raiton users,. After the user performs the seals they stand in front of the victim and blows out a slightly red air that surrounds the affected, if they are not seen doing this the genjutsu does not work. The “gas” smells very strong, and feels warm. The affected, believes that if form of spark or fire reaches it (the enemies or their own), it will ignite the gas and cause a powerful explosion, roasting them. The gas will follow them for two posts and then dissipate. If the gas is “lit” within view of the affected, then it briefly surrounds the affected in an illusory fire (like an explosion) that feels like it gave them a very severe burn, with a pain to match. The illusion of a burn only lasts as long as it takes for the victim to realize that it is illusion. This jutsu is mainly used to stop them from using their jutsu.
Rp Sample Jeremy was having a hard time against the raiton user, she seemed to know far more jutsu than he did, and to top it off she was an Aburame. She was able to avoid all of his katon so far, and not even one bug was burned either. He was quickly running out of options, and she already knew most of his jutsu. He had to knock her off balance and introduce some uncertainty. He stepped back out in behind her and called out “Okay, now its time to get serious” as she turned around he performed a series of seals and called out “Katon, Demons breath no jutsu!” as soon as she could see what he was doing he breathed what appeared to be a light red gas, which surrounded her. If it worked she would believe that any spark or fire would ignite the gas roasting her and her wonderful little bugs.

Jutsu's Element:[/b ]Katon genjutsu
Description: Upon eye contact with the victim, the caster performs a series of seals, and breathes out a cloud of smoke. The cloud moves towards the victim and enters into their lungs, forcing it's way through their mouth, no matter how hard they try to resist. In the next turn, breathing becomes extremely difficult, and they are affected by a strong taste of ash. The victim develops a severe cough, which does little to relieve their troubles. This jutsu lasts as long as the caster wishes, unless the affected is able to break free. Continued use causes the victim to fall unconscious, due to hyper-ventilation.
Rp Sample Jeremy Nara slowly lead his victim back out into the open. He had already captured her with his shadow, and now all he needed to do was bring her back to Konoha. As soon as she was in the open , he stared into her eyes, deciding the best solution would be to bring her in without breaking the jutsu. A series of seals, declared his intent, a Katon jutsu, but she was unable to break free. He called out the name of the jutsu, and exhaled what appeared to be an extremely thick cloud of smoke. She was already captured, and a taijutsu type had little hope of breaking free from the genjutsu. He held her firmly with his shadow, as she gasped for air. His jutsu was a solid success. The shadow didn't free her until he was certain that she was unconscious. Both jutsus dispelled as he walked over, and calmly grabbed her body, throwing it over his shoulder to bring back to his village.

Aburame Clan Jutsu
Name of Jutsu:Secret Technique: Insect Cocoon

Jutsu's Element:Bug use
Prerequisites: outside of battle. must be in a partially isolated area and it takes 2 posts. In the second post the clan member may not initiate attack or leave the area.
Description: A secret jutsu in the aburame clan, used primarily to accelerate the breeding of their bugs. this is very useful after a large battle, when their bug supply is runnning low. The jutsu incases them in a larde cocoon made of chakra, (pretty much just a visible aura) and allows their kikaichuu to breed. They are very vulnerable to attack while in the cocoon. This jutsu is also a necessity, for reaching higher ranking jutsu.
Rp Sample Nagisa was exhausted from the battle, and lucky o be alive. She called what few of her insects remained, and performed a long series of handsigns. The uchiha had brought her bugs near extinction with that last katon. she hid in a small cave and whispered. "Secret Technique: Insect Cocoon!" Her chakra began to pour from her body, trapping her in a cocoon that promoted growth. A sudden calmness flowed through her body, and she reached a meditative trance, conflicting with the sudden energy of her kikaichuu bugs. Slowly, the emptiness of her body, began to fill once more. She regretted having to perform such a jutsu, for she knew it was her who had put the bugs in the path of death. It was a dark knowledge, that haunted her even through the calmness of the cocoon.
After a very long wait, Nagisa finally released the jutsu. Her body was seemed overflowing with the bugs, her friends, although her chakra had run dangerously low.It was reassuring that she had her bugs once more, and that the uchiha had long lost her trail.

Jutsu's Element: bug user
Description: This jutsu requires chakra to use, plus an extra 1 chakra cost per turn. The Aburame sends his/her bugs around them creating a wide grid. The bugs are connected by a very thin thread of chakra which can be used to send information. This allows the bug user to search an area, or watch a base camp for any disturbances. This would allow for any important information to be known immediately to the user, instead of waiting for the bugs to deliver information directly. The information sent, is similar to something poking your arm. You can tell how big it is, how hard and fast it poked you, and the general area. You don't know what it is though, until you look. The bugs are sending only information of unusual behavior. They will not tell you about trees if you are in a forest.(or people in a crowd) This includes objects that are dangerous, but still fit in. The snake hiding in the bush beside you, isnt something your bugs will tell you about. you have to wait till it bites you in the arse.The grid covers a radius of 30 feet in all directions at genin, and then grows 10 feet per rank. The bugs are spread thin so they are very difficult to notice.In the event of a very large amount of changes, the receiving ninja might have difficulty sorting it all out possibly leaving them vulnerable.

Nara Clan Jutsu
Name of Jutsu: shadow meld
Rank of Jutsu: C
Jutsu's Element: Nara clan
Description: The user steps into a preexisting shadow, like one cast by a large rock, and melts into it. The user cannot move, or perform jutsu, but becomes very difficult to track. This jutsu is easily detected by byakugan, and other traces such as footprints and smell still remain. This jutsu is designed for recon and infiltration. The preexisting shadow becomes darker, depending on the size. The larger the shadow, the less noticable the change is. This jutsu can only be used on sensible sized shadows, like a large rock, nothing much smaller than the ninja him/her-self. The Jutsu takes up the whole post, and cannot be used with other attacks or defenses. This skill costs 2 chakra every turn after initial use. If the shadow itself is broken (a bright flash, or otherwise making the shadow too small to hide in) then the jutsu is broken, and the clan member is revealed. If the shadow is moved, it is also broken because the Nara cannot move. so the Nara must look out for things like the sun shifting their shadows. Cannot be used in battle.
Rp Sample
Shika stepped into the shadows of the room where the meeting was to be held. She had managed to sneak past the guard outside and get in this room without raising alarm. Now all she needed to do was practice the new Jutsu she had designed specifically for this mission. She performed the familiar Nara handsigns, and stopped on the last one. Unlike normal Nara jutsu, this one did not branch out her shadow, but instead it seemed to dissolve into the existing shadow cast by the tall chair. She whispered, “Shadow meld no jutsu” and began to meld with the shadows behind a large banner that blocked the light from the single light on the table. The room was designed for interrogations, and thus the shadows were meant to intimidate, but to Shika it was a beautiful present.

The meeting was almost over, when things turned for the worse. Not only was the captured ninja beginning to reveal important details, but the interrogators began to lighten the mood. Eventually someone decided to turn all the lights, and that was it. The lights made the shadow almost nothing, and Shika was revealed as if she had been standing there the whole time.
Name of Jutsu: Shadow Tracking

Jutsu's Element: Nara clan
Description: The user performs the same seals as Kage mane, but when the jutsu connects it doesnt trap the other ninja. The user then performs another couple seals and the shadow thins out making it difficult to see. This makes it appear that the Kage mane merely failed, but the thin stretch of shadow holds the connection. This technique allows the user to keep track of another ninja as long as they remain in the same area (thread). This jutsu must be stopped before attempting other shadow grabbing moves such as Kage mane.

Shika Nara was getting tired of this game, the ninja had managed to break free of her Kage mane without trouble, and was very good at hiding. He had made no effort to hide his shadow as he ran out of the forest, but he was fast and good enough at hiding that after he attacked she couldnt tell where the next was coming from. She didnt want to waste chakra trying to hold him, since he could easilly escape. All she needed was to find out where he was so she could send her team to ambush him. He ran at her again, this time from the front. Perfect. She performed the seals with incredible speed, and her shadow reached towards the approaching figure.
“Hah! You know that jutsu wont work!” he shouted, and then his laugh became a roar of laughter when the shadow thinned out. “You can't even hold the jutsu anymore! You must be getting weak!” he ran back into the forest without attacking, but Shika knew where he was. She called her team on her headset, and told them the plan

Description: This jutsu calls out a large shadow which surrounds an area in darkness. It becomes almost impossible for anyone trapped inside to see, and is broken if the user is hit by any attack. Because it envelops the area in darkness, there are no shadows inside, and other Nara jutsus cannot be used.

Name of Jutsu: mind body shadow

Requirements Shintenshin no Jutsu - Mind Body Change
Technique
Description: Almost identical to the mind body technique, but the user doesnt assume any control. They simply sit in the back of the persons mind experiencing everything the affected does. Designed for spying, because unlike the mind body exchange, the affected will not likely notice the intrusion. Takes 2 chakra per turn.

Description: The yamanaka clan member transfers their mind temporarilly into a corpses head. They are shown the last thing that they saw before their death. This jutsu can be used on humans or animals, that are dead or in a coma. Note that it only shows the final image (like a photo not a video), which may be unusable if the affected was blinded, or unable to see clearly at the time.

This jutsu, takes use of their soul swapping abilities, to allow the affected to be able to ignore all but the worst pains. This jutsu was developed for use when drugging a patient is unsafe or impossible. The Yamanaka is unable to move during the duration of this jutsu, but can see, hear and talk etc. as usual.

Description: The Yamanaka are well established Medical nin, and have created special jutsu for that purpose. This jutsu, allows the Yamanaka member to put a part of him/herself into the affected's mind. this allows them to gain a higher understanding of what is wrong and where. This jutsu can also allow simple telepathic communication with the affected if they are willing. Which is useful if verbal communication is impossible.

Description: The Yamanaka are well established Medical nin, and have created special jutsu for that purpose. This jutsu, allows the Yamanaka member to put a part of him/herself into the affected's mind. Very similar to the Yamanaka Diagnosis jutsu. Unlike the other jutsu this jutsu is used to calm the individual. They can ease most mental stresses, and help them keep their mind off of the operation, as well as the events leading up to it.
