What is its relation to The Who? I've heard they have an album with Roger or John bathing in beans (o.O)
but what's the purpose? (if there's any? xD)

Yeah, the 1967 album "The Who Sell-Out" album cover has Roger bathing in beans lol. And I don't know why...

The main point of the album was for it to play as a fake pirate radio station.
The reason for the Heinz Baked Beans is that they played a fake Heinz commercial in the album, therefore the picture of Roger in the beans is an advertisement for the company, like the other products on the album cover.
