My Charizard, Scorch. <3
I had a Charizard as my main Pokemon in my Blue version, then transferred it via the time machine, but I was really enraged when I was younger and learned that you couldn't transfer from Crystal into Ruby, so (after crying xD) I got a new Charizard when I got LeafGreen and named him Scorch, and he's followed me all the way to SoulSilver.
He isn't level 100 yet, though, 'cause I'm not patient enough to train that high. He's only like, 78 or so.

my partner pokemon is also a Charizard but mines a different color then red. sweatdrop i had him for along time. i would have to say this scyther i caught at the bug catching contest started level 14 and now it's lv. 68 cool

Its a Gliscor now...
but ive had him since friered/leafgreen
and then PLatinum
and now hes just chillin in my Heartgold box with like.... 5 kids
(all who's mother is my ditto)

My favorite pokemon to use in the main game would have to be my sawk. He's a new pokemon from the black and white games sure but the instant I got him he became the best pokemon in my entire team Then I transferred my ground team to the game and now have my gliscor, aerodactyl, and tyranitar with me. They're the best. :3
oh and my swampert. he followed me all the way from sapphire so i cant forget him

i would have to say that my 2 favorite pokemon would be my vaporeon and my metagross named Iron thats been with me since soulsilver i had to get a new vaporeon cuz mt soulsilver was stolen crying
