[ The Investigation Of Kusagakure; The War ]
❝What could be going on?❞

XXXXXXXThe Description:

In literally just over a year since the last Chuunin Exams, Shinobi had begun to go missing, leaving absolutely no trace, the world's best Tracker Shinobi just could not explain the disappearances, the Five Great Nations, and the villages surrounding began to become very, very edgy, and in fact accusations were thrown from one village to another, not one village trusted another, and Otogakure due to it's past of having Shinobi tested on, captured etc, was in fact the prime subject, yet there was no evidence at all, after all these disappearances couldn't be tracked. But recently, a new village had gained somewhat power, well not a new village in the sense as newly formed, but in terms of rising to the rank of being acknowledged as powerful and equal village, was the Hidden Grass Village, now because they were knew to the whole Great Shinobi Village, nobody really questioned them as to the disappearances, after all this village had only just gained power and the disappearances had happened a few months before hand. Well nobody questioned them until a lone shinobi, apparently and "Escaped" prisoner of Kusagakure, began to spread rumours that The Hidden Grass Village, was in fact the cause for the disappearances. And so an Investigation was launched and now how will things turn out? Will Kusagakure prove to be an Upstanding village, or is it hiding a great terrible secret, that would shock this shinobi world?


XXXXXXXThe Rules:

♣ No Auto-knowing is promitted during this arc on the following things: The location of Kusagakure (it will be given out by the special ninja who is an escapee), the leader of the village, the advisor of the village, the ninja or experiments of the village, and the abilities of the experiments.
♣ There will be an escapee who will go from village to village in order to inform people on what has been going on within Kusagakure. Please, do not make your RPC skeptical since you have no reason to be weary of the person. Doujutsus cannot see through the masked illusion to the true identity of the escapee.
♣ Rogues and ninja may join Kusagakure, but be informed that you will be used, an RPC will be manipulating you and ordering you around which you have no clue of. This manipulation is not seen or noticed until someone points such things out.
♣ Kusagakure does not have a "kage." It has a Village Head which will act as such a role. This person can be only the rank of Jounin or above. The advisor is of Jounin rank as well at the time, in rogue standards, this is B-Ranked rogues leading such a village.
♣ Villages will be skeptical of one another once the escapee comes around. This will be because the villages will accuse others of stealing the ninja and offering them to the Kusagakure's experimenter. When this occurs, war will not break out until the advisor of Kusagakure gains enough shinobi to start attacking.
