i will most likely be fighting a jinzo and a beat down deck my stratigey is to not allow for sumening

"Destroy and rebuild", people. If you're not going to give any relevant advice, you forfeit any right you had to insult the kid or his deck. =/
Now, as has already stated, this deck is pretty bad. There's no visible strategy to be seen, and the use of so many one-of copies absolutely obliterates any chance at consistency the deck could've had. To get started, I would suggest picking up 2 or 3 copies of the "Machina Mayhem" starter decks. They're about $10 a piece, and you can make a fairly decent deck with just the cards that come in the starter deck.
Also, I strongly recommend you play Advanced format, as decks in Traditional format are absolutely merciless on newer players or those without an established deck.

I would try and pick up several copies of 'Shrink', it is common so should cost too much as this card can pretty much screw Jinzo over. It is quickplay so you can set it, making your Jinzo wielding opponent think it is a trap, he attacks one of your monsters, Activate Shrink to halve Jinzo's attack and become lower than your monster, destroying him.
