A good translator would tell what the ro-maji of all that hiragana is. Then all you have to do is look it up. For example...
Ohayou Gozaimasu
(good morning)-{the "gozaimasu" just adds politeness to it}
Hajimemashite
(How do you do?, I am glad to meet you)
Watashi no namae wa "Yamaguchi Miki".
(My name is "Miki Yamaguchi" )-{note that in japan, the family name comes first}
As for the questions...
はじめまして = hajimemashite (look above)
and question 2...
おはようございます = Ohayou Gozaimasu (look above)
こんにちは = Konnichiwa(technically "konnichiha" in ro-maji) means "good day"
こんばんは = konbanwa(note the "wa" vs "ha" again) means "good evening"
