First and foremost, children are strictly forbidden from breeding until they leave camp.
Children may date many different partners, though as soon as a couple mates, they are mated for life. A couple may only have two children in their lifetime, and are required to report to the government to be sterilized, and made infertile after producing two children, due to the extremely low rate of mortality in their society, to prevent overpopulation.
Any two species may mate, and all children produced by any couple can be any species. Because breedings require a large amount of dedication, they all occur free of charge, so long as all requirements are met.
When a breeding is approved, the couple must report to Eagle Owl the Shaman to find out what species their child will be. A dice from one to four will be rolled to see which House the child falls under, and as the pregnancy progresses, more will be revealed about the specific species of the child. Couples may earn the right to roll for a Myth in events.
All details regarding ownership of the new child are to be decided by the owners of the couple. Children may be kept by either owner of the parents, or may be handed over to staff to be given away in an RP contest at any point until the child reaches entry-level age for Camp. An owner MUST be decided when the child enters Camp, as that is when the child will be added to the Student Roster, certed and receive their own journal.

The chance for a Myth baby is only obtained through events.
Children may be RPed by the owner of either parent, or given away by staff.
The permanent owner of the child must be picked by the time they enter Camp.
