First thing that we do is make a forum so that people can keep track of stats and have a place to update them.

Now the second thing that we do is determine the parameters:
Quote:
Strength: 0/100
Defense: 0/100
Agility: 0/100
Dexterity: 0/100
Endurance: 0/100
Chakra: 0/100

Alright so lets go over some basic terms so that when I go into detail about all this you can keep up.
EXP- experience points. The more a person RPs the more they will be able to earn and put towards their character.

Parameters- each of the sections that EXP can go into. There are six of them.

Database- the subforum that we will keep all of the stat management in.

Stat Management Page (SMP)- after someone profile is accepted they will register themselves in the Database and create a SMP for their character by making a new topic.

Now that we have that out of the way, we'll determine how much EXP each person starts off with as an academy student. I think the starting EXP should be 50. Using this points the person will distribute their EXP among the six parameters. So lets take a look at a starting ninjas stats.

Quote:
Total EXP: 50
Strength: 10/100
Defense: 10/100
Agility: 10/100
Dexterity: 5/100
Endurance: 5/100
Chakra: 10/100

Great so now that we have that part done the person now needs to register themselves in the Database by creating a SMP. So here will go, again this is still fairly simple. Here is the skeleton.

Quote:
Username:
RPC Name:
RPC Rank:
Village:

Current Stats:
Total EXP: 50
Strength: 10/100
Defense: 10/100
Agility: 10/100
Dexterity: 5/100
Endurance: 5/100
Chakra: 10/100

*The player need to use this formula to name the topic. "RPC Name [Username]"

Alright now that should always be the first post of the persons SMP. Each post after that will be there to show a change in stats and how their newly gained EXP is being spent. Here is how each post after the initial post should look.

Updated Stat//
Parameter: ?/100 - > [ ? ]/100

The next thing we need to make is the stat pools which is determined by your total EXP.

Quote:

E (Academy) Rank ( 50 exp - 99 exp )

D (Genin) Rank ( 100 exp - 149 exp )

C (Chuunin) Rank ( 150 exp - 229 exp )

B (Special Jounin) Rank ( 230 exp - 299 exp )

A (Jounin) Rank ( 300 exp - 550 exp )

S (Kage/Sannin) Rank ( 550-650 exp )
*note: Sannin start off with 550 stat points, Kage start off with 575 stat points

SS (Above and Beyond (+651 exp)

And now we need a scale for the gaining of stats.

Quote:
E Rank need 100 words per EXP point

D Rank need 250 words per EXP point

C Rank need 300 words per EXP point

B Rank need 400 words per EXP point

A Rank need 500 words per EXP point

S Rank need 750 words per EXP point

SS Rank need 1000 words per EXP point

So just to make sure we're on the same page here. Look over everything one more time to make sure you see that everything is in order. Assuming that you've done so we can now move on to the next important step which is implementing a change in stats.

Quote:
Now lets say an Academy Student (E Rank) has just made a 312-word post in their village's training field. And then five minutes later he made a 124 word post.
-----
Here is his SMP!

Username: Mr. Example Guy
RPC Name: Baka Ichi
RPC Rank: Academy Student
Village: Kumogakure

Current Stats:
Total EXP: 50
Strength: 10/100
Defense: 10/100
Agility: 10/100
Dexterity: 5/100
Endurance: 5/100
Chakra: 10/100
----

Now he just needs to make a post in his SMP. If we look we see that E Rank needs 100 words to be converted into 1 EXP point. Now its time to update the stats.

Link to Post: *insert link*
Updated Stat//
Chakra: 10/100 - > [ 13 ]/100
Defense: 10/100 - > [ 11 ]/100

Next we just update the first post and that characters profile and we see that his new stats are,

Total EXP: 54
Strength: 10/100
Defense: 11/100
Agility: 10/100
Dexterity: 5/100
Endurance: 5/100
Chakra: 13/100

You see! It is all simple, it is different then other naruto guilds and it feels more RPG and feels more lifelike. The Character actually grows more powerful as the person plays with them. Many people end up falling in love with this system. Some people love it so much that they can't RP in a guild without it. I hope that you all enjoy!

Alright here is a detail explanation of the stats and the fighting system.

Strength & Dexterity

Both of these parameters have to deal with physical attacks. Strength has to do with the individual's overall physical power. This has to deal with the damage an individual can deal out with his or her own fists. Dexterity has to do with the individual's ability to use weapons and items to do physical damage. If you want your character to be a brawler then increasing strength would be more important to you then dexterity. If you want your character to be a sword master then increasing dexterity would be more important to you then strength. If you want your character to be balanced in both then you should work on improving both of them at the same time. Strength can come in handy on certain missions while dexterity may come in handy in other missions.

Agility & Defense

Agility and defense go hand in hand with each other like strength and dexterity. Agility has to deal with how fast your character can run, dodge, and react. The more agility you have the more chance you have to get away from opponents attacks. Being faster then your opponent can help in many other crucial situations. Sometimes when two competitors strength are equally matched, speed will be the deciding factor in fights. Defense is also very important since high enough defense can cancel out certain attacks. With defense, sometimes speed isn't important since they can simply block an attack and launch a counter attack faster then someone who took the time to dodge. When a fighter can block their opponents attacks and launch counterattacks repetitively, they can turn the tide of a fight in their favor. Both stat parameters are important parts of battle strategy on offensive and defensive terms.

Chakra

Jutsus require a toll of chakra to be able to be used. Although being able to physically attack opponents is useful, a few jutsus could turn the tide of a fight quicker then a sword can in some cases. The higher your Chakra, the more jutsus you are able to perform.

Endurance!

Endurance is very important in fights and is more or less your character's health. When your endurance reaches zero your character will not automatically die but will become very fatigue and unable to do much movement. If you are attacked and hit while your Endurance is at zero you will be knocked out unless hit in a critical location, in that case you would just die. Whenever engaged in combat your character will lose -1 Endurance on each of his/her turns. If your character has time to rest then he/she will gain +2 Endurance. (Note: you will never be able to pass your natural endurance level by resting and if you rest your character must be resting for the whole post.) Some techniques require your character to drain more endurance then usual. The general but not mandatory drain of being damaged is -5 for light damage; -10 for medium damage; -15 for high damage; -25 for very high damage. Once again this is not mandatory but if you get hit you should be subtracting extra endurance fairly. This shouldn't be a hard process at all if you use the HUD system( a post style that shows your info). Please use common sense when fighting and understand that we can't assign definite numbers for damage because these are things that are determined through role-play.

Breaking Limits
Each time your character gains a rank you'll be given the chance to increase the maximum capacity of one stat parameter by 50 points. Meaning if you have Chakra: 80/100 and you break the limit by getting a jounin rank then you can increase it to Chakra 80/150. There are also other ways of getting higher parameter capacities throughout the whole guild so make sure you keep you eyes open.
