The Training Grounds ~ In a vast field just outside the Fourth Division if what we call our training grounds. It has everything you would need to help gain power, Shikai, Bankai, whatever you hope to achieve. There's a large field of rolling hills with the softest grass your fingers will ever grasp. To the east is a wide, healthy forest and to the west is a big lake with the clearest, cleanest waters. If the places receives damage due to Shinigami training, no matter how much damage has been done, the Training Grounds revives back to normal over night. This is no secret, if you stay and watch over night you can see the ground, trees, and water slowly regenerating itself like it's an actual living thing. But don't worry, the Grounds hold no grudge if you find it necessary to harm it~
Side Note :: If you are wanting to train to achieve Shikai, you will need the Captain or the Vice-Captain with you to help you out. If you are hoping to achieve Bankai, you will need to have the Captain with you. No exceptions.

It had certainly been quite sometime since Akeso had been able to properly exercise her power, she was definitely overdue. So, as the young Aylin walked silently though the grounds of the Fourth Division, the Zanpakuto Spirit let her restlessness be known.
A low hum rose from the pair of katana's that rested at the fukutaicho's lower back. The hum was warm, yet almost insistent. A slow, soft smile spread across Aylin's lips as she stopped in her tracks, pulling a hand from the large confines of her haori's sleeves to rest it delicately on the dark hilt of her Zanpakuto. Her violet eyes slid shut as she chuckled softly, "I apologize, my friend, it's been much too long indeed."
Aylin shifted her feet, changing her direction from the Squad Barracks to make her way over to the Training Grounds. It had been a relatively quiet day so far, perhaps she would be lucky enough to run into some comrades once she reached her new destination.

 ✿ Unohana Retsu ✿ - 4th Seat Of Yonbantai - As the grass swept softly against Unohana's feet, she gently adjusted herself on the small brass bench that she was sitting on, a weathered seat that had been forgotten about for quite some time, it was for resting after training. "It's quite a wonderful day, Minazuki, care to join me?" Her swords sheath began to glow green as a smoke appeared, soon a large green one eyed manta ray was sitting, licking its lips and moving its eye from side to side quickly, right in front of her, it might seem like a scary creature, however, Unohana knew it well. She grabbed some rather strange looking treats from her robes, they were made from the most potent herbs known in Seireitei, however, Minazuki loved the bitter taste of these herbs, so, Unohana went out of her way to make them and deliver them as a day time gift. Unohana, threw Minazuki the last treat, to which he let loose his giant tongue, grabbing them in mid air.
She stood then and, brushing her robes to straighten them, she laid a gentle hand on Minazuki and stroked him gently. "You seem quite energetic today my dear, have you been restless? Perhaps we should do a few excersises? I'm sure you'd like that." She jumped up onto Minazuki's back with ease, it rose into the sky and whirled around, Unohana herself was merely along for the ride, it was Minazuki's time for fun, therefore, Unohana had no intentions on disrupting him. However, a few moments later, he grew bored and landed onto the ground with a loud thud. Unohana jumped off. "Shall we walk then?" As she started trotting off, Minazuki followed her, she was heading deeper into the training area, there she hoped to find some other Yonbantai division members.
As Unohana and her giant green friend entered the main heart of the training field, she saw that no one was here, she didn't show any signs of frustration, she wasn't that type of person. "Hm, it seems that no one else is here currently Minazuki, perhaps we will wait here for awhile, I'm sure someone will appear." She petted him again gently, he purred like a kitten, closing his eye and leaning into the pets. Unohana smiled then sat, Minazuki doing the same next to her.
