Welcome to Y O N B A N T A I ~Let me start by welcoming you to Yonbantai, also know as the Fourth Division! Our role in the Seireitei is to heal the injured and relieve them of their certain death. We are one of the most important squads even if some people don't believe that being the case. For example, just think of what the Gotei 13 would be without the medics? They'd all probably be dead, or most of them at least. In this Division power isn't everything, power doesn't give you respect, it's your need to help others and make them feel better. We need you to be able to stay calm and handle yourself if a crisis is at hand and many Shinigami are needing your help. Remember to stay calm even when all you hear around you are screams of pain. We have confidence in you and we all know that you will do great things here!

How do I join Y O N B A N T A I ?
Well it's fairly simple! First you have to read a few rules of mine that I will expect you to follow, or you'll out of this Squad quicker than you can say... After understanding the rules you will then need to go to the Request Forum and fill out the application. Remember that I have final say in what position you are put it, odds are though, you'll get the position you want.
- First of all I expect you to be Semi-lit, I understand a good writer's block once in awhile, but it doesn't last forever.
- Do not fight with other members of this squad, this is a peaceful squad. How can we take care of the other Shinigami when we can't take care of ourselves? If the fight is really THAT bad, then take it to Pm's and leave it out of here.
- Please understand that if you are the Vice-Captain or lower, your character won't be stronger or as strong as the Captain. If you're just sparring with someone from the Squad or even any other Squad and they're a higher rank than you, you can't expect to win. Simply put: Know your place.
- Don't think for a second that I'm a pushover, I'm not trying to scare you or be mean, but if you break the rules more than once, there will be punishment.
