Strengths:
~She knows a bit of karate; as she would say, she's no Bruce Lee, but she has about a 50 percent chance of throwing you if it's just you and not a whole gaggle of doctors.
~She's got a good head for ingenuity and using what she can find to make good and useful things; ask her about it and she's sure to blame it on her Dad exposing her to too much MacGyver as a kid.
~She's fairly easy to befriend, and once you make a friend of her, she'll stand up for you and no amount of threatening will cause her to betray your trust.

Weaknesses:
~She has a bit of a fiery streak and is not above mouthing off, especially to someone she sees as a bully, which in the asylum means pretty much any doctor.
~She has an extremely low tolerance for cold; anything below 80 degrees makes her uncomfortable, and anything under 50 is enough to stop her dead in her tracks.

Doctors' Observations

*Patient seems very interested in vents, windows, and any other openings that could offer escape. Must remain under constant observation to prevent such an occurrence.
*Patient is aware she is being watched and constantly shouts threats. Recommend that observing doctors carry some form of protection, just in case.
*Patient shows signs of taking great pains to keep claimed room warm and an equal, if not stronger aversion to cold; could be nothing, but recommend looking into and doing possible testing in future.
*Patient's singing voice is unusually obstreperous; might be possible development of power, or just bad singing. Warrants closer observations and possibly a muzzle.

The Siren Who Cannot Sing

Power: Tonny's ability is an unorthodox form of sirenism. Her pure voice; that is, her voice on it's own and with no form of distortion; is alarmingly bad and even painful. To properly take effect, her voice must be channeled through something; thus far the best channeler is discovered to be wind instruments. In conclusion, she can affect the emotions of those around her by playing songs on a musical instrument, something that still allows for her voice to be projected.
~Her ability has yet to be determined with any other type of instrument, but seeing as things such as string instruments do not use her voice, it seems highly unlikely.
~As a sub-ability, Tonny can play any song and visualize a 'color' that the song emanates when it is played. If she wishes, she can influence the color of a song and alter it somewhat (e.g., playing a sad song in a happy way to create a happy song), but unless the song is open to such interpretation, it often muddles the color and lessens the pure emotion that she is seeking to project into the person or persons.
~The power remains constant no matter what sort of instrument is used, so long as it is a wind instrument. Which means she can use anything from a penny whistle to a $300 clarinet, though the more notes an instrument has, the more elaborate songs can be played, which gives an obviously bigger advantage.

~The 'colors' of songs as she sees them are determined in large part by the lyrics combined with the harmony of the thought with the notes, and are as follows:

*White- Euphoric
Emotion: Causes intense joy.
Use: Very powerful; not to use often
Example: Ever here a song that sounds so beautiful it hurts? That's it. >.>

*Yellow- Joyful
Emotion: Causes
Use: Strong; use in moderation
Example:

*Orange- Happy
Emotion: Causes simple happiness
Use: Common; can be used often

*Red- Passion
Emotion: Can go one of two ways depending on the song; causes either lust or anger.
Example:

*Green- Mellow-

*Blue- Sad-

*Purple- Tiredness-

*Black- Despair-
